In recent years,in order to improve the efficiency of municipal heating and meet the urgent demand of urban residents for high-quality heating services,Jiamusi actively responds to the national call and promotes the transformation and construction of central heating pipe network.In 2019,Huadian energy Jiamusi thermal power plant plans to grid-connected transformation of heat exchange stations and pipelines for nine small boilers,due to the relatively large scale,complex construction environment and tight construction period of the project.Whether the project can be completed on schedule will affect whether the follow-up winter heating work can be carried out smoothly.Therefore,in order to ensure the smooth completion of the project within the estimated time,it is necessary to build a scientific and efficient project schedule management scheme.In this paper,Tianyou alley heating pipe network transformation project as the research object,the overall project construction plan,construction period requirements,and personnel,equipment,materials and other equipment is briefly introduced.The main objectives and influencing factors of project schedule management are analyzed,and the main cultural relics of project schedule management are clarified,including the preparation of project schedule plan and the formulation of project schedule control scheme.Then,based on the construction plan of Tianyou alley heating pipe network reconstruction project and the allocation of various construction resources,this paper USES network planning technology to compile the project schedule,draw the network diagram of the project schedule,and determine its critical path.After that,the basic process and main measures of project progress control were formulated,the main responsibilities of project progress control were implemented,specific control measures were formulated according to the influencing factors of project progress,and the operation mechanism of project progress control was established.Analyze the construction progress deviation in the first 10 weeks after the implementation of the project,discuss the actual effect of the project progress control,and then adjust the project progress plan and update the controlscheme.In order to ensure the smooth development and effective implementation of the follow-up schedule management of Tianyou alley heating pipe network renovation project,the corresponding countermeasures and Suggestions are put forward.This article from the perspective of project owners side,heating pipelines of god save the lane renovation project progress management of overall planning,by using the methods of WBS,PERT network plan technology preparation of project schedule,in the process of implementation,tracking,monitoring,analysis was carried out on the project schedule and update,and establish corresponding safeguards project schedule management,schedule management theory support for the project management,and comprehensive,scientific and effective guarantee to achieve the goals of the project schedule management,guarantee the smooth implement of project construction,and further summarizes the heating method of engineering project schedule management theory and practical experience.
