With the development of the medical industry in China,the medical industry has become an important economic growth point in the service industry,driving the development of the entire medical and related fields,especially the medical infrastructure construction industry,leading to the current medical infrastructure.The expansion of construction has increased rapidly.However,due to various constraints,especially in the process of infrastructure construction,the control of project management and the backwardness of project management methods have led to an increase in operating costs and risks,resulting in infrastructure project funding exceeding the budget and project completion.The non-standard quality will not only affect the completion of the project construction period,but also affect the development of the hospital or the medical institution itself.The design of the hospital construction not only considers the traditional architectural needs,but also its uniqueness and complexity.The hospital architecture integrates many disciplines such as architecture,medicine,and engineering project,and it is a systematic project that requires a combination of numerous technologies.In order to facilitate the overall construction of the project,it is necessary to use the scientific planning and design of the project implement project management for the architectural design of the hospital.This article aims at the progress management issues of the relocation project of the People's Hospital of JX.It first discusses the background of the relocation project of the People's Hospital of JX and the research status at home and abroad,and introduces the basic situation of the project,including the background of the implementation and construction of the project,and introduces the project construction unit and project.The proposed process;a basic overview of the project,including the scale and objectives of the construction,the main content of the construction,and the main economic indicators;and finally the specific project construction plan.Explained the formulation of the schedule for the relocation project of the People's Hospital of JX,formulated the method and process of the project schedule,and compiled the network map of the project of the relocation of the People's Hospital of JX.Based on this,the project network plan was calculated.Through the optimal control of the progress of the relocation project of the People's Hospital of JX,the purpose and method of project schedule control and the main influencing factors are first of all,and the problems arising therefrom are optimized;and the steps of project schedule control implementation are described.In the implementation of the progress management of the relocation project of the People's Hospital of the People's Republic of China,relevant safeguard measures should be proposed,specifically from the following aspects: organizational safeguard measures,technical safeguard measures,material resources safeguard measures,construction guarantee measures during the winter rainy season,reward and punishment system Safety precautions.This article researches and analyzes the progress management of the relocation project of the People's Hospital of JX.It is of great significance for the timely completion of the project period and the reduction of the schedule delay caused by the implementation of the project.
