| Sharing accommodation is the sum of economic activities and behaviors supported by the Internet platform, through the integration of massive and scattered accommodation resources to meet the diversified accommodation needs. At present,China’s Sharing accommodation is facing rare development opportunities. In recent years,it has been booming under the concept of "sharing economy" due to its good growth trend, domestic tourism economic prosperity, the continuous introduction of relevant policy support and consumption activation in the post epidemic era.At the same time, the development of Sharing accommodation is also facing uncertainty and great challenges. It has brought many urban problems(urban management, space intrusion, etc.)in its own development process, and gradually exposed and intensified with the emergency public security incidents and the deterioration of the external environment, which greatly affected the development of Sharing accommodation and made it present negative externality. In view of this, this paper first expounds the concept and development process of Sharing accommodation, then summarizes the positive and negative effects of Sharing accommodation, and analyzes the government’s response attitude, management strategy and control effect. Finally,it systematically sorts out and comments on the existing space research of Sharing accommodation at home and abroad. On this basis, this study takes Sharing accommodation as the research object, takes Changsha City as the research area, and comprehensively uses the network multi-source data and spatial analysis methods to explore the spatial-temporal pattern of Sharing accommodation and its influencing factors at the urban scale.Specifically, the total number of shared housing in Changsha shows an increasing trend, showing absolute "Centrality",the distribution scope gradually shrinks, and finally forms a spatial pattern of "single high-level intensive center".The most concentrated administrative area is adjacent, and the number and density of houses in the historical old city are too large, which are distributed around the cultural relics and historic sites, and the degree of invasion of residential areas is relatively serious; At the same time,Sharing accommodation is gradually moving towards "rental economy",and there is a certain spatial coupling between supply and demand space. In terms of spatial differentiation,it presents a typical "center edge" mode, which is concentrated in the places with higher housing prices. It has a certain socio-economic spatial imbalance with the accommodation price, and presents a typical "power-law distribution" with the number of landlords. As far as the influencing factors are concerned, the overall location elements of the city are conducive to the development of Sharing accommodation.Hotels, shopping malls, leisure and entertainment, and scenic spots are the main location factors that affect the supply of Sharing accommodation, but the significance and influence degree of different spatial units are different. Therefore,it is suggested to optimize the pattern of Sharing accommodation space from five aspects,i.e.,developing government enterprise cooperation, sharing multi-source data, resisting excessive agglomeration, improving infrastructure, giving full play to regional advantages, reasonably guiding development, formulating construction guidelines, conforming to historical features, delimiting density threshold and identifying residential form.To sum up,based on the empirical research of Sharing accommodation in Changsha, this paper enriches the research content and relevant empirical research of emerging things under the background of sharing economy, responds to the corresponding research results at home and abroad, deepens the understanding of Sharing accommodation in the aspects of space-time pattern and location influencing factors, and provides explanatory results for the follow-up research and has a certain reference value. |
