| At present,in the process of rapid urban development and expansion,many cities are turning into consumer cities.As an important industry in the development of urban economy,commercial service industry has made significant contribution to urban economy.Retail commerce plays a key role in the development of commerce,and its prosperity can promote the sound development of urban economy and the rational planning and construction of the city.It is very important to explore the quantity density distribution,spatial pattern and influencing factor of retail business.How to rationally allocate resources,make good use of urban retail commercial space and build a healthy and mature commercial system in the process of new urbanization has become an important subject of urban modernization.In this paper,retail outlets in Kunming City are selected as the research object,POI data and relevant statistical data are used,combined with theoretical combing and analysis,to discuss and study the overall layout characteristics of the retail industry and the spatial pattern characteristics of various retail formats,and explore their influencing factors.Firstly,kernel density analysis method,standard deviation ellipse analysis method and other research methods are used to analyze and summarize the quantitative density characteristics and layout characteristics of the whole retail industry and eight retail formats.On the basis of establishing the index system of influencing factors of retail commercial spatial layout in Kunming City,this paper studies the influencing factors of retail commercial in Kunming City by means of geographic detector,and also studies the influencing factors of different types of business,and then further analyzes the influencing factors.Finally,this paper puts forward some thoughts and countermeasures on the development of Kunming retail industry.The main research results are as follows:(1)From the overall quantity density characteristics,retail outlets in Kunming are mainly concentrated in Huguo street,Daguan street and Xiaobanqiao street;From the perspective of distribution pattern,the agglomeration characteristics to the four districts of the main city are significant,showing the characteristics of center-periphery.From the perspective of various retail formats,comprehensive retail,specialized retail of hardware,furniture and interior decoration materials,and specialized retail of textile,clothing and daily necessities have higher distribution density.In terms of spatial distribution,except automobile,motorcycle,spare parts,fuel and other power sales,the other business types show the characteristics of double core aggregation or multiple core areas aggregation.(2)From the perspective of influencing factors,the dominant factors affecting retail business in Kunming City are population density and the density of hospitals and schools;The interaction effect of population density on shop rent,population density and road network density is strong,and the interaction effect of population density on other factors is high.Shop rent has a greater impact on the sales of cars,motorcycles,spare parts,fuel and other power,and the density of subway stations has a greater impact on the retail of culture,sports goods and equipment.The regional comprehensive development level,modern comprehensive transportation system,commercial centers and public service resources all work together to form the influence factors of retail network layout in Kunming.(3)In view of the problems existing in the development process of Kunming retail industry,such as the unbalanced development level of retail industry,the lack of medium-sized commercial center and business district,the weak radiation driving effect of subway,and the small influence effect of community,the future optimization path is to improve the overall layout level,promote the construction of medium-sized business district,improve the transportation network,and strengthen the retail service around the community.In order to promote the rational distribution of Kunming retail business,accelerate the development. |
