Study On The Strategy Of Rural Design And Construction In Sichuan Under The Background Of Rural Revitalization

As the foundation of national strategy and the basic proposition of national economy,the issue of agriculture,rural areas and farmers has always been the core focus of our country.The general thinking of social and economic development in the new era has been adjusted to a high-quality and sustainable green and harmonious development mode.This is not only the path choice of China’s economic and social development,but also the difference in development thinking,and more importantly,it is related to the original intention and mission of new China.With the overall victory of poverty alleviation in China,the focus on rural areas began to shift from focusing on poverty,a relatively narrow rural development,to a broader Rural Revitalization.As the hinterland and important breakthrough point of the national strategy of western development and rural revitalization,Sichuan’s villages are rich in natural and cultural resources,but also face terrain constraints,economic backwardness and other problems.The adjustment and improvement of the rural development model and development quality in Southwest China,represented by Sichuan,has become an important link in the process of comprehensively promoting the Rural Revitalization Strategy.On the other hand,based on the motivation of emotional belonging,fulfilling social responsibility and achieving common prosperity,enterprises,colleges and universities,public welfare organizations and other social responsibility subjects have taken action one after another,concentrating their efforts on doing great things and committing themselves to rural revitalization.Because the participants,motives and objectives are different from those in the past,the focus and Strategies of these actions will also be different.Therefore,this paper establishes the clue of "problem summary-construction principle-Construction focus-Design Strategy-design demonstration" to explore how social responsibility forces can better participate in the design strategy of Rural Revitalization in Sichuan.First of all,from the perspective of the history of rural development and policy evolution in China,this paper takes the historical background,policy background,social needs and changes as the foreshadowing,so as to clarify the rural areas in Sichuan as the research object.At the same time,through the investigation of villages in different regions,different development orientations and different current situation types in Sichuan Province,the characteristics of villages and the problems faced by their development are sorted out,so as to pave the way for the follow-up treatment.Secondly,through the research on the social responsibility subject and its characteristics leading the rural construction,combined with the previous analysis of the characteristics of rural areas in Sichuan,the principles and key aspects of their participation in rural construction are summarized.Thirdly,in view of the problems faced by the rural development in Sichuan,under the construction focus,the paper proposes how the architecture specialty can make use of the platform resources of the rural self resources and social responsibility subjects to deal with the rural problems by means of planning and design and maximize the promotion of the rural areas.Finally,the author takes the planning and design project of Longquan Village in Sichuan Province as an example to carry out empirical research.According to the specific conditions of the village such as topography,culture and industry,based on the background of local agricultural resources and traditional culture,we will sort out the context,expand the industry,improve the housing,enrich the space,shape the landscape and inherit the culture,with a view to enlightening other rural revitalization under the guidance of social responsibility.
