Research On Planning And Design Strategies Of Rural Settlements In Southern Sichuan

With the implementation and advancement of new urbanization and rural revitalization strategies,the state has invested a lot of manpower,material and financial resources in rural construction,and rural areas across the country have become a comprehensive transformation and development trend.However,the large number,small scale,and scattered distribution of traditional villages have led to Its resource utilization efficiency is low,and it is difficult to meet the modern life needs of villagers,making rural construction planning facing pressure and challenges,and the development from scattered villages to concentrated settlements has become a general trend.At present,the Sichuan region has extensively carried out the construction of rural settlements,industrial development has concentrated,farmers have concentrated in residence,and the production and living conditions of villagers have been improved.In southern Sichuan,where scattered villages are the common form of villages,the topography and landforms are complex and changeable.The simple and extensive application of a unified and standardized "urban community" model to build rural settlements has caused the construction of rural spaces in southern Sichuan to be destroyed and an "ecological pattern" Problems such as “fragmentation”,“imbalance of the industrial structure”,“decline of the original humanistic environment”,and insufficient vitality of the rural space ultimately affected the development of the rural economy and industrial transformation.Therefore,how to combine the natural and cultural characteristics of southern Sichuan to explore the planning and design strategies of rural settlements in southern Sichuan is an urgent issue for rural construction in southern Sichuan.This paper starts from four levels of background research,problem discovery,problem solving and empirical research.First,it analyzes the current general trend of rural construction from scattered villages to settlements,and summarizes the domestic and foreign rural planning and design methods and practical research results based on the literature.Secondly,based on the field survey of rural settlements in southern Sichuan,the three types of spatial layout patterns of rural settlements in southern Sichuan are summarized,and the construction problems of rural settlements in southern Sichuan are sorted out from the three aspects of ecological space,production space and living space,and their existing problems are summarized.The ecological space is shrinking,the ecological pattern is fragmented,"the industrial structure is unbalanced,and the tertiary industry is insufficiently integrated".Then,in response to this problem,combined with the natural and cultural characteristics of southern Sichuan,based on the planning and design principles of holistic and systematic,tailored measures to local conditions and prominent features,functional complex and intensive conservation,and people-oriented and villagers’ participation in planning and design principles,"ecological base protection and restoration" and "industrial structure integration" are proposed.The planning and design strategy of settlements in the three aspects of “extraction and reconstruction of living space elements” and optimization,so as to realize the integrated development of“three generations” space,so that it can meet the needs of residents’ modern life on the basis of resource intensive and high-efficiency.Residents’ quality of life can then return to the rural memory,highlighting the regional characteristics of southern Sichuan.Finally,take Yinxing Village in Yibin City as an example to conduct empirical research.In view of the status quo of the three-generation space,combined with the constructed planning and design strategy for rural settlements in southern Sichuan,the proposed "organic synergy with mountains,rivers,forests and fields,protection and cultivation of ecological resources","integration and optimization of industrial structure",To form the implementation path of tea tourism integration pattern "extract traditional village texture and reconstruct living space structure",in order to provide theoretical and practical reference for planning and design of other rural settlements in southern Sichuan.
