Application And Research Of Product Design Based On Chengdu Lacquer Craft

Chengdu lacquer ware craftsmanship has a long history and is one of the typical handicrafts in China,with high artistic value.The three carving and one carving process,as a unique craft of Chengdu lacquer ware,includes "carving silver silk","carving lacquer ware hidden flowers","carving filling colors",and "broach needle carving".The four processes present different effects and form a colorful Chengdu lacquer ware through different combinations.Although Chengdu lacquer ware has made some progress under the leadership of the transformation and inheritors of Chengdu lacquer ware Factory,there is still a certain gap in the application and dissemination of modern products compared to other traditional handicrafts in China,and there are also shortcomings compared to modern products of foreign lacquer ware.Therefore,conducting research on products based on Chengdu lacquer ware technology provides a new direction for the development and dissemination of Chengdu lacquer ware technology,allowing Chengdu lacquer ware to better enter people’s daily lives.Through field research,literature review and other research methods,this paper summarizes the historical status of Chengdu lacquer craft,and puts forward the importance of modern application of lacquer craft.Sort out the process,types,unique craftsmanship,and aesthetic characteristics of Chengdu lacquer ware craftsmanship,and explore the cultural connotations and essence of artifacts behind Chengdu lacquer ware craftsmanship.Secondly,conduct research and development on the modern application of Chengdu lacquer ware technology in the product direction,ultimately choosing lacquer ware daily necessities as the product development direction,and conduct feasibility analysis on it.Daily necessities,as one of the main product development categories for Chengdu lacquer ware craftsmanship,have a relatively high market share,high practicality,and development value and significance.Summarize the application principles and design methods of daily necessities by conducting research and organizing cases of domestic and foreign lacquer ware products.Finally,through market research and analysis,the market,user,and design positioning of lacquer ware daily necessities were carried out,and innovative product design was carried out for lacquer ware daily necessities.The design of lacquered tea sets,lacquered tableware,and lacquer ware furnishings with the themes of "Ginkgo","Panda",and "Hot Pot" was completed.The craftsmanship was made using the silver carvings in the "Three Carvings and One Moment".The three sets of products integrated the regional culture of Chengdu and the aesthetic trend of the public.Through theoretical research and practical exploration of Chengdu lacquer ware craftsmanship,we aim to provide direction and ideas for the modern inheritance and development of Chengdu lacquer ware craftsmanship,integrate Chengdu lacquer ware products into the daily lives of the public,enhance the market share of lacquer ware,perfectly integrate traditional handicrafts with modern life,and subtly inherit and develop Chengdu lacquer ware products.
