Research On Optimization And Implementation Of CSG Corporate Culture Construction

With the sustained and healthy development of China’s society and economy,and the overall stability of the society,the voice for the reform of the original monopoly industry is getting louder and louder.With the further optimization of the power consumption structure in China,the power industry continues to develop towards the direction of green,low carbon and high quality.With the gradual deepening of the reform of the electric power system,the electric power industry is further open to competition,with a stronger market-oriented background and increasingly fierce market competition.The electric power industry faced with new situation and opportunities,and the construction of enterprise culture plays an increasingly important role in the development of enterprises.Whit the implementation of the new development concept and the steady progress of the energy revolution,power grid enterprises are facing new opportunities and challenges,and their strategic goals are also changing.To achieve high-quality development,the original corporate culture is no longer suitable for the current development of power grid enterprise based on the new strategic goal-oriented enterprise culture construction is urgent.Under the current development environment,this article will focus on discussing how to accurately grasp the transformation of the current contradictions in China’s current society.Combining the new opportunities and challenges,the corporate culture construction helps the company to achieve high-quality development.This article selects in the electric power industry representative CSG enterprises as the research object,from the enterprise reality,combined with the enterprise’s strategic goal and the enterprise culture theory,from the necessity of enterprise culture construction,in-depth analysis of current status of new electric change situation,the enterprise culture construction,analyzes the enterprise culture construction.Through the questionnaire survey of middle-level and grass-roots employees of the enterprise,the method of in-depth interviews with employee representatives was further selected.On the basis of fully understanding the current situation of the enterprise culture construction,this paper discusses CSG enterprise culture construction ideas and maintenance mechanism,so as to ensure CSG enterprise culture construction can continue to develop well under the new electricity reform situation.During the research process,it was found that there were problems such as lack of planning,firm management,inconsistent levels of cultural development,and insufficient talents in the process of cultural construction.The construction ideas and implementation methods for optimizing and promoting the implementation of the corporate culture system are put forward,and specific measures for system optimization are described from the perspective of management concepts and behavior landing.This paper,through the research of CSG enterprise as a typical power grid enterprise,combined with the strategic goal orientation of the enterprise,proposes a corporate culture construction plan,which provides strong support for the enterprise to realize the leap-forward development of cultural construction,and promotes the corporate culture construction to be systematic and standardized.The road to specialization will better serve the development of corporate strategic goals.At the same time,the corporate culture construction program has important reference significance for promoting the research of corporate culture construction,and will also provide great reference for the cultural construction of the same type of power grid enterprise.
