With the development of computer,virtual reality and augmented reality technology,the virtual simulation laboratory also plays an important role in the exploration of experimental teaching.By investigating the process of the dynamic compression experiment of buffer packaging in the transportation packaging course,the application of its data to the design of buffer packaging and the problems in the experiment,it is found that: the virtual simulation laboratory of buffer packaging has insufficient teaching resources,and the experiment only Think unclear and so on.Therefore,by analyzing the process of the buffering experiment,and sorting out the overall design idea of the buffering packaging virtual simulation laboratory,the buffering packaging virtual simulation laboratory is designed,which realizes the experimental preview,experimental learning,starting the experiment,post-experiment processing,The virtual simulation platform that integrates the experimental assessment lays a certain foundation for the virtual experimental teaching of packaging engineering,and provides a certain reference for the virtual teaching and training of the later data processing in the virtual simulation laboratory.This paper firstly expounds the experimental process of dynamic compression and the theory of design of buffer packaging based on dynamic compressed data,and summarizes the current status of AR and VR technology and the research progress of virtual simulation laboratory.Secondly,the technical route of the virtual simulation experiment platform of buffer packaging and the main content of the virtual simulation platform are designed.The main design content of the buffer packaging includes four modules,which are experimental preview,experimental learning,starting experiment and experimental assessment.The overall design idea of the module is radiated from the main interface,and the virtual simulation laboratory is carried out according to the logic of the order.The materials needed for the buffer packaging were designed and collected for the experiment again.The first part is the establishment of the experimental 3D model.The bone sawing machine and dynamic compression test are carried out through polygon modeling technology and tools such as extrusion,Boolean operation,and surface modeling.The establishment of the machine model;the second part is the collection of dynamic compression experimental data,the collection density is 12Kg/m3,18Kg/m3,22Kg/m3,the thickness of 30 mm,50mm EPS,the thickness of 30 mm honeycomb paperboard 300 mm,400mm drop The dynamic compression data curve under the height,and fitting the experimental data to realize the prediction of acceleration under other stresses;the third part is the production of the animation material of the experimental model,and the bone sawing machine material preparation and dynamic compression test are carried out through animation technology such as bones The animation of the weight table falling and bouncing back.Finally,the construction of the buffer packaging virtual simulation laboratory is completed.The construction of the virtual simulation experiment is completed through the design of the UI interface and the realization of the interactive functions.In addition to the interactive functions such as text and buttons,there are also database calls and data selection when starting the experiment.,The drawing of the algorithm and function of the later fitting of the experimental data in the interface can realize the learning of the experimental content,purpose and the theory of buffer packaging design;realize the knowledge of buffer packaging and the in-depth study of the 3D model through video and 3D model interaction;The experimental learning and training of buffer packaging and subsequent data processing can be deepened by starting the experimental module;the status of virtual simulation experimental learning can be detected through the assessment module.In a word,the construction of the virtual simulation experiment system finally realizes the learning and training of the buffering process.The combination of various functions lays a certain foundation for users to understand the buffering packaging process,dynamic compression test and the performance of each material,and also provides a virtual basis for the later packaging.Simulation laboratory provides certain methods and basis.
