With the further integration of practical teaching and virtual teaching,virtual laboratorybased on virtual technology has gradually appeared in the public view and attracted the researchers’ close attention.The simplicity,efficiency and authenticity of the virtual experiment promoted its explosive development,and the construction of the virtual laboratory has been rapidly emerging in high schools,and gradually became the standard configuration of university laboratory construction.Therefore,how to establish immersive,multi-sensory and intelligent human-computer interactive virtual laboratory has become the main battlefield in VR research field,and it is also a breakthrough exploration of traditional chemical experiments under the era of artificial intelligence.The rapid development of virtual laboratory has stimulated the formation of new virtual instrument and virtual experiment form in experimental teaching field.The new form of virtual laboratory has not only solved some of the problems that expensive and practical large-scale analytical instruments can not use in teaching,but also generated new cognitive pattern and learning mode.Through the discussion on the research status of virtual laboratory technology and virtual laboratory at home and abroad,the virtual laboratory of mass spectrometry was selected as the research object,a clear modular development framework was designed,supported by B/S network architecture,based on the international certified standard chemical laboratory,and completed the modeling of full 3D experimental scenes through 3D Max.A new form of virtual laboratory with realistic 3D scenes,a workstation with two-dimensional frame technology,nonlinear interacting operation with 3D equipment,new instruments colliding and picking up algorithms,highly realistic 3D object shadow,progressive experiment patterns and a integrated evaluation system.It take liquid chromatogram mass spectrometer instrument as an example,in VSL programming language and compiling interactive script BB module,this virtual lab completes that function of sample preparation,automatic sample,experiment method storage and real time data communication between two dimensional workstation and 3d virtual instrument,etc;and it has realized the breakthrough exploration of field of vision,interactive mode and evaluation system.In this experiment,using five kinds of sulfa drugs as an analytical object,on the base of the reference,induction,and the refining of the actual experimental data,by constructing chromatographic theory model with mass spectrometry spectral library,realize the real-time dynamic simulation of multi-parameter chromatographic peak,precise locationof chromatographic peak and accurate identification of mass spectrum peak.In the experiment of gas chromatography mass spectrometry,the sample selection function is set up,and the operator can make random selection according to the five drugs provided in the experiment,which increases the flexibility and intelligence of the virtual experiment in a way,and realizes the independent learning mode of differentiation.In addition,the virtual experiment system provides the open sharing of the experimental platform,and the user can operate the experiment at any time and at any place,and obtain data recording and appraisal result.The system has completed the multiplayer online experiment evaluation,and the results show that the virtual experiment system can meet the requirements of experimental training and teaching.This paper makes a preliminary exploration of the construction mode and realization method of the new intelligent virtual instrument and virtual laboratory,and also provides useful reference for the research of related virtual experment.
