| With the continuous development of human society and the continuous expansion of the urban population,our country’s population structure has reached the United Nations-recognized aging standard since 2000.There are increasing calls for improving the quality of life of the elderly in their later years.Mainly renovate old communities.In this transformation,the elevator transformation is the most practical.Although the elevator renovation project is a small project,it will inevitably lead to the loss of manpower,material resources and financial resources,and even cause casualties,affecting the implementation of the entire project construction if it is not managed properly during the construction.Therefore,it is of great significance to carry out risk management research on elevator reconstruction projects in old communities.Renovation of elevators in old communities can solve the problem of elderly travel and the inconvenience of going up and down.However,the installation of elevators will also bring a series of new problems,such as ventilation problems after installation,lighting problems,noise problems,and the impact of elevator installation on housing prices,which will affect the smooth progress of the project.According to the actual situation,this thesis uses risk theory and stakeholder theory to analyze and identify stakeholders,and on this basis,identify risk elements in stages.Then use the analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to carry out risk evaluation on the universal elevator renovation project in our country.Through analysis and evaluation,it is concluded that the main risks of the elevator installation project are fund raising and fund allocation balance risk,follow-up management and maintenance problems,construction safety and follow-up safety problems,old building structure problems,shading,poor access to parts,noise,occupation of public area,windshield,and privacy are affected,and related risk control methods are proposed based on this.They are not limited to strengthening safety education,establishing accident emergency rescue plans,purchasing relevant insurance,fully inspecting,actively communicating,propagating methods,etc.The research in this thesis provides a theoretical basis for the implementation of elevator renovation projects in the old communities,effectively improves the risk management,and also provides a reference for the risk management research of similar projects. |
