| Electromagnetic emission technology is a kind of emission technology that drives objects to a certain speed through electromagnetic force.It mainly converts electromagnetic energy into the instantaneous kinetic energy required for launching loads.Based on the advantages of short time storage and energy regulation of electromagnetic energy,objects with different masses can be launched at a certain speed.At present,electromagnetic orbital launch technology has broad prospects in military,civil and even space fields.Since the late 20 th century,the domestic public security situation has been complicated and changeable,which is prone to large crowds and riots.Therefore,it is necessary to develop a new anti-riot projectile launcher to ensure the law enforcement requirements of public security and armed police.According to the current research level of electromagnetic emission technology,from the perspective of engineering application,this paper mainly discusses the following aspects of content:Same with traditional weapons,from the internal ballistic mechanism,the theoretical formula of the simple rail gun launching process was derived,and Simulink program was developed.By controlling the discharge time sequence of each branch,three different initial velocity internal ballistic models were obtained.A new integrated armature is designed and verified by a simple external ballistic program to meet the requirements of the design index.The electromagnetic characteristics of the electromagnetic railgun in the launching process are analyzed,and the changing rules of the current density and magnetic field intensity of the main components are analyzed,and the electromagnetic force received by the track and armature is calculated.The electromagnetic-structure coupling analysis is established,and the stress,strain and deformation of each component in the launching process are analyzed.The changing rules are roughly the same as the current excitation curve.The simulation results show that it can meet the application requirements in the launching process.The theoretical analysis of the recoil and recoil process in the launching process shows that there is a large load in the launching process,so it is necessary to design the relevant buffer device.Therefore,the recoil load and the amount of recoil energy are calculated,and a suitable buffer device is designed.The results show that the buffer device has obvious effect.A scheme of anti-riot missile electromagnetic launch system is proposed,the solid modeling of the launch system is carried out,and the finite element analysis of the key components is carried out.The results show that the structural strength of the system meets the working requirements. |
