With the development of technology,policy support,and social needs,driverless vehicles,as an important part of the future intelligent transportation system,have received more and more attention from academia and industry.In the formulation of regulations,the evaluation of business value,and the application of specific scenarios,there are few researches on the method of interaction design for driverless vehicles.Interaction design,as the core design content of driverless cars,is crucial to the construction of the business ecosystem of driverless cars,and also affects the transformation of driverless cars into huge social and commercial value and sustainable development.Key factor.The traditional interaction design methods and design principles based on information space and software interface are no longer sufficient to meet the human-machine interaction design requirements of autonomous vehicles with human-machine cooperation and symbiosis.This paper will start from two aspects: theoretical analysis and user research.Based on the current demand scenarios where driverless cars can be prioritized,the interaction design elements and corresponding interaction design models,principles and strategies are extracted to facilitate human-computer interaction of driverless cars.Through the theoretical basis of driverless car,usability,artificial intelligence,cognitive psychology,cognitive science,human mobility,product service system,etc.related to driverless car interaction design,this paper finds that artificial intelligence and emerging interactive technology With the development of computer science and technology,the interaction between humans and machines has developed from(Human-computer interaction,HCI),which facilitates people to learn and adapt to machines,to(Human-centered computing,HCC)where machines adapt to human needs.Now we have the(Cyber-human system,CHS),which cooperates and symbiotically takes advantage of its own strengths.Based on this,this paper proposes five categories of elements of driverless vehicle interaction design.Then,based on user research,this paper deduces the application scenarios where driverless cars can be prioritized,and based on the application scenarios,combined with interaction design elements,formative testing and interaction element evaluation are carried out on users to verify and supplement human-vehicle interaction elements.In this way,15 user interaction experience rules for driverless cars have been refined.According to the proposed elements and details combined with the results of user research,this paper constructs a driverless vehicle interaction design model,and proposes 3 principles and 10 design strategies for interaction design based on the model.Finally,this paper applies the above results in design practice.
