Today in the world, Environmental pollution and serious energy shortages increasingly have an impact on the economic development of the main factors. According to statistics, every year the amount of cars burning gasoline has accounted for 30-40% of total oil production, such a large amount, the economic cost would be enormous. The development of electric vehicles is a promising green transport, with low pollution, zero emission, low noise, high efficiency, low maintenance and operating cost advantages. Its wide range of energy sources, solar energy, wind energy, tidal energy, nuclear energy and so can be used as the main source.Electric car industry has many aspects, such as the development of electric vehicles, lithium batteries, fast charging technology, charging devices and so on. Among them, the electric car electric car charging device is "food" of suppliers. It will accelerate the process of popularization of electric vehicles. Based on the charging device hardware and software improvements designed to enhance the user experience, user-friendly design to make up for the lack of product, thus promoting the development of electric vehicle industry, in order to achieve mitigation of environmental degradation, to avoid resource depletion purposes.Ubiquitous in today's information technology, many products are only to consider its function, ignoring the user's efficiency and experience in the development and design. Through research found that previous electric vehicle charging equipment also exists a large number of similar problems:(1) Lack of functional electric car charging device indicative, likely to cause the user's misuse.(2) Charging device man-machine interface is not friendly enough, users have some difficulty in the initial use.(3) Charging device system function is not complete, not fully meet all users'needs.In this paper, the theory of human-computer interaction, based on the user's in-depth study, and tap the user's real needs, repeated iteration of the design in an efficient, easy to use charging devices.This paper summarizes the research work done in the following points:First, through research, interviews, and tap the user's real needs and objectives; second, the electric car charging device from the human factors, machine factors, external environmental factors affecting their the interaction of existing products; third, the initial prototype build, and on this basis, continue to iterate through the design-assessment-the repeated re-design, find a reasonable solution. Fourth, communication and business development needs, to understand the development trend of charging device and find business opportunities, and a clear design direction; fifth, based on interaction design, from material selection, color recognition, human-machine interface and other perspective. Reference to product design, ergonomics, cognitive psychology and other fields of research, the concept of electric vehicle charging device modeling, interactive interface design.This paper summarizes the research work done in the following points:First, I am through research, interviews, and tap the user's real needs and objectives;Second, Electric car charging device from the human factors, machine factors, external environmental factors to analyze the interaction design problems and solutions, and its ongoing iterative man-machine interface, find a reasonable solution;Third, the initial prototype build, and on this basis, continue to iterate through the design-assessment-the repeated re-design, find a reasonable solution.Fourth, communication and business development needs, to understand the development trend of charging device, and finally a clear design directionFifth, this paper based on interaction design, from material selection, color recognition, human-machine interface and other perspective. Reference to product design, ergonomics, cognitive psychology and other fields of research, the concept of electric vehicle charging device modeling, interactive interface design.The electric car project aims to explore the charging device interface, due to lack of resources, time is short, the failure of electric vehicle charging device designed to do more detailed, comprehensive planning and integration. Only the initial development of its interactive design exploration to do good, by adding services, enhancing the visual information to enhance the user experience. I hope this serve as a catalyst for future reference and reference-related design.
