With the increasing penetration of renewable energy in the power grid,the power system is facing greater volatility and the challenge of stable operation.At the same time,the construction of smart grid is the new direction of the current power system construction.Therefore,the implementation of demand response projects has important value for the power system,and the participation of small and medium-sized users in the implementation of demand response projects is an important direction of user side resource utilization.Load aggregator is a new type of market participant in the current power market.It can integrate and give small and medium-sized users the ability to participate in demand response projects and the power market,and realize the interaction between users and system.It is an indispensable subject in the power market under the background of the current power market reform.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the pricing mechanism of load aggregators when they participate in demand response and their bidding strategies in the market.In this paper,the implementation of demand response projects and the strategies of load aggregator to participate in the market are deeply studied: firstly,a random scenario generation method based on tent chaotic mapping is proposed to analyze the uncertainty of load aggregator;Then,under the incentive-price demand response model,a multi-type load demand response pricing model based on Stackelberg game is established;Finally,considering the uncertainty,an optimization model of load aggregator’s joint market bidding strategy is established to maximize the comprehensive benefits of load aggregator.The main work of this paper includes:(1).A scenario generation method based on tent chaotic mapping is proposed to analyze the uncertainty of day-ahead electricity price and user load faced by load aggregator.The effectiveness of the proposed method is proved by generating 10 scenarios of day-ahead electricity price and user load and comparing them with historical scenarios.The proposed method is analyzed for the autocorrelation of uncertain parameters and compared with the traditional scene generation method using Monte Carlo,which proves that the proposed method reflects the autocorrelation of uncertain parameters.(2).A multi-type load demand response pricing model based on Stackelberg game is established and solved by distributed algorithm.Set up two scenarios with different user load curves managed by load aggregator and three different pricing mechanisms: incentive-price demand response pricing mechanism,price-based demand response pricing mechanism and no demand response for example analysis.In the example,by comparing with price-based demand response,it is proved that incentive-price demand response pricing mechanism can increase the power of load aggregator when implementing demand response;At the same time,the model can also mobilize large industrial users to participate in demand response,and effectively give play to the demand response potential of different types of loads.It is proved that the incentiveprice demand response model can well coordinate all market participants to participate in demand response.(3).A bidding model for load aggregator to participates in the electricity-auxiliary service joint market is established,and the model is solved by differential evolution algorithm.Three scenarios with different demand response pricing methods and auxiliary service market rules are set for example analysis.Through the example analysis,it is concluded that the incentiveprice demand response pricing method used in the bidding strategy can effectively reduce the load’s peak valley difference and stabilize the load fluctuation;Using the scene generation method based on tent chaotic mapping for uncertainty analysis can effectively reduce the number of random scenes without reducing the representativeness of random scenes;Finally,it is concluded that the bidding mode of load aggregator in the joint market can effectively increase the income of load aggregator,reduce the risk of electricity price fluctuations,and explore the potential of the user side.
