| Modern technological advances have contributed to the rapid development of launch vehicle technology.While the launch vehicle’s carrying capacity is increasing and its composition is becoming more complex,the requirements for the accuracy of the pre-launch test launch project are also becoming higher and higher,and on the premise of ensuring that the rocket test launch project is carried out safely,not only a shorter project is required,but also a higher on-time completion rate and lower overall costs.This is why it is so important to have a good rocket test launch project schedule and to develop a good rocket test launch project scheduling plan.Project scheduling is one of the most important aspects of project management,and the effectiveness of a project scheduling plan directly determines the effectiveness of project management,whether the project can be completed successfully or not,and it is the basis for project control.In this paper,we apply project scheduling theory,consider special conditions such as activity splitting,multiple projects and the influence of uncertainty factors,and use cloud genetic algorithm,resource allocation,buffer management,Monte Carlo simulation and other methods to carry out in-depth research on the application of resource-constrained multiple project scheduling with activity splitting in rocket test and launch projects.First,a multi-project scheduling method that considers activity splitting is proposed.In the context of rocket test launch project scheduling at rocket launch sites,a systematic study is conducted on the project scheduling problem of multiple rockets in parallel in a deterministic environment.A rocket test launch project scheduling model is established considering activity splitting,resources,logic and other constraints,and a cloud genetic algorithm is used to solve the baseline scheduling plan with the shortest duration,and the feasibility of the algorithm is verified by arithmetic examples.Then,two robust scheduling methods,resource allocation and buffer management,are used to improve the robustness of the project scheduling plan.To ensure that the project scheduling plan is completed on schedule,the robustness of the project scheduling plan must be improved.The MRTC algorithm is designed based on the resource transfer cost for solving the resource allocation scheme with the minimum resource transfer cost to improve the robustness of the project scheduling plan;on top of this,the buffer management is added to further improve the robustness of the project scheduling plan.Finally,in order to facilitate the rocket launch site to make the rocket test launch project scheduling plan,based on the above-mentioned method,the "Rocket Test Launch Project Scheduling System" is designed and developed for the characteristics of the rocket test launch project scheduling problem,and the system is applied to make the project scheduling plan for the multi-launch parallel rocket test launch projects at the rocket launch site. |
