To solve the problem of solving the initial parameter of fragments when the fragments are arranged in multiple layers,to discuss the impact of arrangement mode of fragments and structure of warheads on dispersion of fragments and power of warhead,we proposed a model for calculating the initial velocity and the direction angle of multi-layer fragments based on the analysis of the three stages in the fragmentation acceleration process.The fragmentation acceleration stage is divided into three stages: "detonation wave acceleration stage","metal medium interaction stage" and "explosive product driving stage",a multi-layer fragments three-stage explosive drive model is established,through the dimensional analysis,the control variable method,the finite element simulation results and the calculation method of the correction coefficients in the multi-layer fragments three-stage explosive drive model is obtained.The calculation result shows:within a certain range,with the increase of the distance between the fragments and the starting point of explosive,the velocity of fragments is characterized by increasing first and then decreasing,the direction angle of the fragments showed a decreasing trend.The killing area model is established,and the warhead killing radius is calculated by using the shooting trace model and directional encirclement box,the influence of the arrangement mode of fragments and structure of warheads on the dispersion of fragments and power of warhead are discussed.The calculation result shows:within a certain range,as the warhead length diameter ratio or mass ratio increases,the average initial velocity of fragments shows an upward trend,and the direction angle of the fragments is almost unchanged;the killing area of warhead increases with the length ratio,and decreases with the mass ratio.Through flying experiment and power of warhead field experiment,the correctness of the model presented in this paper is validated.It is shown that the above model can calculate the initial velocity and direction angle results of the multi-layer fragments,and also can provide theoretical basis and data support for the multi-layer fragments design.
