| With the development of small unmanned aerial vehicles and unmanned combat platforms,the demand for lightweight and small munitions is increasingly urgent,especially miniature precision-guided munitions have become a new hot spot for development.Due to the small size of the miniature missile and the various types of damage targets,how to improve the combat effectiveness of the miniature warhead from the design and carry out the evaluation of its damage characteristics has important theoretical and engineering significance.The main research contents of this paper are as follows:1)The thesis takes infantry fighting vehicles and active forces on the ground as targets.Based on the warhead forming theory,the design index of the warhead is formulated,including the design scheme of the miniature multi-purpose warhead EFP(Explosively Formed Projectiles)and the prefabricated fragmentation double damage element is proposed.2)Using the AUTODYN finite element analysis tool,the influence of different materials and structural parameters on the EFP forming of key parts such as the drug cover,shell,and charge was studied.The scattering characteristics of the four shapes of cylinder,cuboid and triangular prism,after confirming that the sphere is the shape of the prefabricated fragments in this paper,the forming characteristics of the prefabricated spheres of the three materials of tungsten,copper and steel are compared.Using Using AUTODYN as a simulation tool,the warhead forming process was simulated,and the Lagrange algorithm was used to conduct a 40mm homogeneous steel plate penetration simulation analysis on the EFP part,verifying the warhead design indicators,and providing a theoretical basis for the subsequent warhead damage efficiency evaluation.3)By analyzing the protection parameters and internal key structure of the infantry fighting vehicle in different directions,a three-dimensional equivalent model of the vulnerability of the infantry fighting vehicle is constructed;According to the damage efficiency,it is concluded that the highest probability of EFP to different damage levels of infantry fighting vehicles is 0.76(M-level)),0.82(F-level))and 0.17(K-level)).Taking the specific kinetic energy as the damage standard of the living target on the ground,the damage probability function of the prefabricated fragments to the ground active force was constructed by the spherical density distribution formula,and the relationship curve of the killing area with the drop angle and blast height of the projectile was obtained.The maximum killing area of the target under different postures is 74.7m~2(recumbent)and 213.6m~2(standing).The research work is mainly based on theoretical calculation and simulation,and the main theories and calculation models have been verified in actual products or equivalently.Through the adaptive adjustment of some parameters,the adopted calculation method has achieved good application results in cooperation with relevant units. |
