| With the development of guided technology,the use of guided rockets in modern warfare is becoming more and more extensive.In addition to precision guidance,the study of the power of the warhead is also one of the key to guided rockets.The warhead is a key component of the weapon system to play the role of fighting and power,and the Fragment Warhead is one of the most important warheads in modern weapons and equipment,and it is of great significance to study its power.In this paper,based on the study of the broken pieces of a guided rocket warhead,a new fragment structure is designed and the feasibility of the design is verified by the numerical simulation software.In this paper,based on the study of the breaking tactics index of a certain type of guided rocket warhead,the ultimate penetration speed,the initial velocity and the storage speed are calculated,and the type of explosive to be used is determined by the initial velocity.Combining the selected shell and prefabricated Fragmentation of the material,a new fragmentation structure was designed by combining semi-prefabricated fragments with prefabricated fragments.Based on this,the structural parameters of the warhead are calculated,and the scattering characteristics of the guided warhead are numerically simulated by ANSYS/LS-DYNA.The post-processing software LS-PREPOST output prefabricated fragments,semi-prefabricated fragments in the detonation of the scattering state,and in these two fragments to select some nodes and Output speed-time curve,the velocity characteristics of the fragments,the velocity error,the scattering angle,and the breakdown probability of the target plate,and Compared to other fragments of the type of warhead,The results show that the fragment structure is more lethal under the requirement of scattering concentration.Using the ANSYS/LS-DYNA to establish the three-dimensional model of the spherical prefabricated fragments and the square semi-prefabricated fragments penetrate target plate at different angles and carry out the numerical simulation,The stress cloud and velocity-time graph of the fragment penetrating the target are output through the post-processing software LS-PREPOST.The velocity decay rate of different penetration angles is fitted with ORIGIN pro8,and the displacement curves of the two kinds of fragments and the target scattering angle are analyzed,and the results show that the effective destruction of the target fragment penetration angle concentrated in 0o to 45 o.The simulation results show that the fragmentation structure can make the warheads increase the damage area and not reduce the damage power with satisfying the requirements of the design index. |
