At present,the proportion of urban rail transit energy consumption and the demand for energy-saving of traction are increasing,and the requirements for the performance and functions of the rail transit energy management system are also getting higher and higher.This dissertation aims at the lack of an efficient and unified resource management analysis platform for the rail transit network management system,constructs an urban rail transit energy service management system based on a cloud platform.It also realizes the functions of remote real-time collection and monitoring of data from multiple data sources and energy consumption prediction and analysis.The main research contents of this article are as follows:(1)Researched the technical scheme of the urban rail transit cloud service system,and designed an overall architecture scheme based on the cloud service Web system and the data acquisition and monitoring system based on the analysis of the requirements of the rail transit traction power supply network and the collection and monitoring cloud service system.(2)The application layer communication protocol of the data remote real-time acquisition system is designed,which solves the problems of connection efficiency,sticky packets and connection safety.Based on Netty’s IO multiplexing model and zero-copy technology,a more efficient remote real-time transmission system is designed and implemented.The message decoupling and asynchronous processing is realized by increasing the message queue,which further reduces the system coupling.(3)Analyzed the recurrent neural network(RNN)and its variant structure and theoretical derivation,and constructed a rail transit traction energy consumption prediction model based on the gated recurrent unit(GRU).In the actual rail operation data test,the model averaged The absolute percentage error is 3.4739%,which can provide a reference for the trend of rail transit energy consumption.(4)Based on the Spring Boot framework,MVC design pattern,RESTful style,Ajax technology,etc.,it realizes a standardized and reliable web service architecture of the rail transit energy collection and monitoring cloud service system,and implements user login,authority management,data monitoring,and collection monitoring.,Statistical analysis and other modules and overall database design,batch processing and connection pool optimization design.(5)On the basis of the Alibaba Cloud service platform,the deployment of the urban rail transit collection and monitoring cloud service system was completed,the system functions were tested and optimized,and the performance test and analysis of the data collection module was focused on,including the number of concurrency and the impact of data packet size on system response time and throughput.
