With the rapid development of China’s transportation industry,the number of large trucks is increasing.Some vehicles are overloaded and overweight,causing serious damage to roads and bridges,and posing serious hidden dangers to people’s lives.The current methods of super-supervising are all carried out after the occurrence of overload,and the interaction between the monitoring system and the driver is poor.This thesis takes the source management overload as the starting point,designs and implements the transportation vehicle cloud service monitoring platform,and monitors the load of the truck in real time,which is of great significance for solving the road traffic overload problem.(1)Research on vehicle monitoring platforms.According to the platform function requirements,the architecture style of the microservice is selected to realize the development of the system,and the monitoring platform is divided into three subsystems:the communication service system,the application service system and the Android mobile client,to realize the monitoring platform.(2)The cloud calibration of the sensor is designed to solve the problem that the traditional calibration method has low calibration efficiency and complicated work.The calibration result is stored in the cloud,the stored data is fitted,and the fitting result is stored,and the load of the truck is calculated through cloud computing.(3)Design and implement a cloud service monitoring platform.Highly concurrent communication services based on the Netty framework.Based on the Spring Boot framework,the application service system is designed and implemented.The application service system is divided into user service,query service and calibration service.Through the coordination between micro services,the high-concurrency and high-availability real-time vehicle monitoring platform is completed.(4)Designed to implement Android mobile terminals.The vehicle information detected by the server is presented to the user.Let the truck driver know the loading status of the truck in real time,and when the nuclear load is about to arrive,provide an early warning.After overloading,an alarm will be issued to inform the driver to unload the cargo and realize the prevention of truck overload.Solve the overload problem from the root.(5)The system is deployed and tested.The test results show that the vehicle terminal can collect and transmit the vehicle information to the monitoring platform,and the platform can quickly respond to the mobile terminal’s request.The monitoring platform is compatible with the JT/T808 protocol to meet high concurrency design requirements.The platform’s terminal load capacity,response speed,resource consumption,and database throughput all meet the original design of the platform.
