In the field of high-voltage safety measurement,workers need to perform detection and maintenance under high-pressure environment,and there are certain safety risks.When abnormal measurement occurs,professionals are often required to perform fault diagnosis.This dissertation aims at reducing the safety risk in the process of high-voltage safety measurement,and can quickly and timely diagnose the fault when needed.Develop a remote data collection and processing system to enable operators to remotely measure and control,and realize dualchannel real-time signal.Remote high-speed waveform display and result analysis provide information support for fault diagnosis.The main work of this dissertation includes:(1)The remote real-time data collection system based on cloud computing is studied.Based on the analysis of the traditional remote data collection system architecture,the instrument server and Web server are integrated to design the overall architecture of the system with low latency and high scalability.(2)Based on the application layer communication protocol,a dual-channel remote highspeed data collection system based on Protocol Buffers technology and UDT protocol is developed to realize fast codec and high-speed transmission of acquisition data and control data,and finally achieve remote real-time data colletion and transmission with maximum frequency of 1MHz.(3)Based on the technologies of RESTful service,database read and write separation and MVC design,the remote real-time data collection system Cloud service platform is realized.And the remote real-time data collection system is built on the basis of Alibaba Cloud IaaS layer.(4)Based on the technologies of WebSocket communication,HighCharts visualization,cross-page communication and WeChat login,the remote real-time data collection system client software of browser client and WeChat applet client is developed.The remote real-time data collection system developed by this dissertation began testing and trial operation in August 2018.After continuous improvement,the system passed the entrusted enterprise acceptance in December 2018,and the performance and functions met the expected requirements.
