With the development of road and bridge construction in China,the severe traffic environment has continuously increased requirements for pavement structure and materials,ordinary pavement structures can no longer meet crack resistance and bearing requirements.Semi-flexible pavement is a kind of rigid-flexible pavement structure formed by pouring a special high-fluidity cement-based grouting material into the rolled large-void asphalt mixture,this kind of pavement not only has high strength,but also has excellent crack resistance and anti-rutting performance,and has good road performance in severe traffic conditions.High-performance cement-based grouting material is the key to the road performance of semi-flexible pavement,so it is of great theoretical significance and engineering application value to study the proportioning design and performance of high-performance cement-based grouting material.In order to prepare high-performance semi-flexible pavement grouting material,this paper uses ordinary Portland cement,sulfoaluminate cement,silica fume,expansion agent,ultra-fine sand and water reducing agent as the main raw materials,and in the cement-based materials to join the project group self-developed water-based epoxy,through uniform experimental design and multiple linear regression analysis,the optimal mix ratio of high-performance resin-based grouting material is determined,and a set of suitable construction technology is proposed.The viscosity test,water absorption test,tensile property test and mechanical strength test of waterborne epoxy resin were carried out;A single-mixing test was designed,the water-cement ratio was controlled to be 0.4,and the early mechanical strength of the water-based epoxy resin modified cement paste with the poly-ash ratio of 0,0.1,0.2,0.3 and 0.4 was tested respectively;Design a two-step uniform test,the test contents include: fluidity test,setting time test,bleeding rate test,mechanical strength test,drying shrinkage test and temperature shrinkage test.The experimental results show that:The water-based epoxy has excellent properties,the viscosity is 500-3250 cp,the water absorption is 5.3%,the tensile strength is 22.46 MPa,the fracture elongation is 28.16%,the compressive strength is 78.3MPa,the flexural strength is 5.03 MPa,and the fracture bending strain is68.07%;When the water epoxy content is 20%,the 3d and 7d flexural strength,compressive strength and fracture bending strain of cement paste were increased by 44.9% and 42.6%,40.6% and 22.1%,41.6% and 17.0% respectively;The optimal mixing ratio of high-performance resin-based grouting material studied in this paper is 0.3 ash-cement ratio,0.4 water-cement ratio,0.25 poly-ash ratio,0.3 sand content,0.004 water reducing agent,0.04 silica fume,and 0.06 expansion agent.Finally,the construction technology and construction quality control of the high-performance resin-based grouting material in this paper are proposed,including the mixing and paving of the parent asphalt mixture,the preparation and pouring technology of the cement-based grouting material,the health preservation and open traffic.The research content and results of this paper can provide a theoretical basis for the subsequent design and engineering application of semi-flexible pavement materials,and further promote the development of semi-flexible pavement materials.
