Steel bridge is widely used at home and abroad because of its large span,light weight,easy replacement and repair.Accompanied by the change of temperature and heat capacity of steel itself,steel deck often occurs large deformation under the traffic load cycle,and subject to greater bending stress,which requires the steel deck pavement has good anti fatigue properties,flexural properties and high temperature stability.Common asphalt mixture pavement is used to rutting,cracking,delamination and other diseases,so it is difficult to meet the requirements of the steel bridge deck pavement.Epoxy resin because of its good bonding performance,toughness,impact resistance,and fast curing speed,can quickly open traffic route,which is a kind of better suitable for steel bridge deck pavement materials.However,due to the relevant foreign publicly reported less,domestic epoxy resin concrete is more often used in structure reinforcement and crack repair,there has not been standardized and improved in road design system of epoxy resin concrete,meanwhile,high cost and the design system is the main constraint on its application and promotion.Based on this,on the basis of existing research results,this paper intends to discuss in-depth research of epoxy resin concrete of steel deck pavement maintenance from the following three aspects: first of all,discuss the basic properties of epoxy resin adhesive;the second point is a preliminary exploration of epoxy resin concrete composition and preparation method of epoxy resin concrete;Third is the analysis of gradation degree,Superpave restriction effect on pavement performance of epoxy resin concrete based on road performance of the epoxy resin concrete and reduce the cost and obtain the cratical point by means to use different glue stone ratio comparative analysis and comparison with the effect of stone glue performance of epoxy resin concrete.Firstly,according to the national relevant standards,the physical and mechanical properties of epoxy resin adhesive were studied.The density was tested before and after curing by Pycnometer method and dry method.The gel-time of the epoxy resin was tested on different temperature by Stir drawing method.Finally,this paper used the tensile and bending test to evaluate the mechanical property of epoxy resin adhesive before and after aging.The shear performance of epoxy resin adhesive was tested by pullout test.Secondly,three different gradations were designed with reference to Marshall design method in China and the Superpave design methods in United States.The passing rate of 0.3mm-2.36 mm was separately below,edged and through the Superpave-10 restricted area.Then,The curing time and the best compaction times of the mixture at different temperatures were determined by the axial compressive strength and compaction test of the cylinder with median gradation of AC-10.The best compaction times of 25 times for epoxy resin mixture was confirmed.At the same time,the result shows that the early strength of epoxy mixture formed with the temperature.Finally,According to the relevant rules of asphalt mixture,use 6%,8% and 10%different grading stone glue ratio.high temperature creep test,low temperature splitting test,freeze-thaw splitting test,four point and three point fatigue test of beam bending test,pavement friction performance test,pavement seepage the test and evaluation the gradation degree,Superpave limited area,stone glue ratio of epoxy resin concrete pavement performance influence.In order to evaluate how the degree of aggregate gradation,the restricted zone of Superpave and epoxy-aggregate ratio influences upon road performance by means to high temperature creep test,low-temperature splitting test,freeze-thaw splitting test,the four-point bending test,three point beam bending test,friction performance test and situ permeability test.The results show that the epoxy resin concrete is better than common asphalt concrete with the good high temperature stability and fatigue performance,which is more suitable for steel deck pavement and repairing;the gradation degree,Superpave restricted area and stone glue ratio have a certain impact on the performance of epoxy resin mixture,Superpave restricted zone have significant influences on high temperature stability of the mixture properties and voids;the stone glue ratio can reduce appropriately combined with different project.
