With the expansion of the market scale of retired power batteries and the widespread concern of consumers about social and environmental responsibilities,the closed-loop supply chain of power batteries has gradually become a hot research issue.Studying the closed-loop supply chain of power batteries can not only promote resource utilization efficiency,but also improve economic efficiency and achieve a win-win situation between economy and environment.Considering the cascade utilization of power batteries and CSR investment by enterprises,the recycled waste power batteries are divided into two categories:one is cascade utilization,and the other is recycling and remanufacturing.A closed-loop supply chain of power batteries consisting of a supplier,a seller,and a recycling and disassembly enterprise is established.Firstly,establish a closed-loop supply chain model for power batteries under three different power structures:supplier led,seller led,and Nash equilibrium,and analyze the impact of supply chain power structures on the optimal decisions and profits of supply chain members.Secondly,under the same power structure,the optimal decisions and profits of the power battery closed-loop supply chain are analyzed and compared under four situations:no CSR input,supplier’s CSR input,seller’s CSR input,and supplier seller’s joint CSR input.By comparing the different power structures horizontally and the different supply chain entities that invest in CSR longitudinally,we focus on exploring the impact of CSR sensitivity coefficient and remanufacturability ratio on optimal decision-making and profit,and explore the impact of different power structures and different supply chain members investing in CSR on power pool closed-loop supply chain decision-making and profit.The thesis shows that:(1)The sensitivity of consumers to CSR and the remanufacture ratio of retired power batteries can affect the optimal decision-making and optimal profits of the supply chain.Under different power structures and different supply chain members’ CSR inputs,the optimal batch price,optimal zero selling price,optimal CSR input level,optimal recovery rate,and optimal profits of the power battery closed-loop supply chain are different.(2)Increasing CSR investment or increasing the proportion of echelon utilization by each member of the supply chain can reduce retail prices,stimulate market demand,increase sales,improve the recycling rate of waste power batteries,and promote the healthy development of the green supply chain.(3)From the perspective of optimal supply chain members’ CSR investment,in a closed loop supply chain for power batteries,the optimal profit of supply chain members with dominant power is better than the optimal profit of supply chain members without dominant power when conducting CSR investment;The dominant supply chain members have the highest market demand and CSR investment level when they do not engage in CSR investment.That is,when the seller dominates,its profit,market demand,and CSR investment level are the highest when the supplier conducts CSR investment;When the supplier is dominant,its profit,market demand,and CSR investment level are the highest when the seller conducts CSR investment.The overall profit of the supply chain depends on the proportion of CSR input shared by suppliers and sellers.(4)From the perspective of selecting the optimal channel power structure,when a supplier conducts CSR investment,it is led by the seller,and the seller has the existing sales advantages.The wholesale price is the lowest,the retail price is the highest,the market demand is the highest,the recycling rate of waste power batteries is the highest,and the profit of supply chain members and the overall profit of the supply chain are the highest.The relationship between the maximum profit of the recycling and dismantling enterprise and the maximum profit of the entire supply chain under the three power structures matches the market power of the decision-making body.
