Vibration compaction is the critical technology in the construction stage of asphalt pavement and an important guarantee for pavement compaction quality.However,there are still some problems to be solved in the existing vibration compaction technology.On the one hand,how to properly characterize the compaction quality of asphalt pavement,so as to make up for the defect of "point instead of surface" in the compaction quality testing method;On the other hand,the field vibration compaction scheme is mostly determined by engineering experience,so it is difficult to formulate the construction rolling scheme pertinently.Therefore,this thesis takes the dynamic response of asphalt pavement and bridge deck pavement in the process of vibration compaction as the research object,combined with the field test and finite element analysis method to comprehensively analyze the vibration compaction process of asphalt pavement and bridge deck pavement to realize the continuous representation of asphalt pavement compaction quality and optimize the construction technology to ensure the compaction quality of asphalt pavement,by considering many vibration compaction construction parameters.The main research contents and achievements of this thesis are as follows:(1)Based on the field test,the variation laws of the internal acceleration response of asphalt mixture,the acceleration response of vibration wheel and the compaction degree in the process of layered vibration compaction of asphalt pavement multi-layer system are revealed.Aiming at the upper,middle and lower layers of asphalt pavement and bridge deck pavement,the linear expression of compaction degree represented by the acceleration of vibrating wheel is proposed,which provides a basis and reference for the continuous detection and prediction of compaction degree of different surfaces of asphalt pavement and bridge deck pavement.(2)Based on the dynamic response characteristics of road-bridge vibration compaction,the compaction process differences of different pavement structure layers,asphalt pavement and bridge deck pavement under different frequency of vibration roller are compared and analyzed,and the reasons for the difference in the compaction degree of each surface and bridge deck pavement are explained.Based on the above research conclusions,the vibration compaction construction schemes for asphalt pavement,midspan-bridge deck pavement and support-bridge deck pavement are proposed,which provide a basis for optimizing the vibration compaction technology of asphalt pavement and bridge deck pavement.(3)Based on ABAQUS finite element software,the vibration compaction analysis model of bridge structure and bridge deck pavement is established.The dynamic response law of bridge deck pavement under the condition of vibration compaction is revealed,and then the influence of rolling parameters such as vibration frequency,working speed and pavement thickness on the compaction degree is explored.Based on this,the optimization schemes of wheel track overlapping width and vibration rolling speed are put forward,and the vibration compaction construction technology of bridge deck pavement is further optimized.
