Study On Optimization Strategy Of Space Vitality Of University Campus Life Square Based On Factor Analysis

With the increasing number of students and colleges and universities every year,the construction scale of some schools is becoming larger and larger,and the land scale of many campuses reaches one or two thousand mu or even more.Large scale campus planning also brings many problems.The author visited dozens of colleges and universities in Chengdu and found that the space of campus life square in many colleges and universities is often an open space,lacking details and humanized design,and some colleges and universities even have no life square,which has to attract extensive attention.Based on the spatial vitality of college life square in Chengdu,according to the author’s field research data and relevant spatial theories,this paper analyzes and summarizes the user activity characteristics and spatial characteristics of the existing college life square in Chengdu.The research framework of this paper is to find problems,analyze problems and solve problems.The first part is the discovery of problems(Chapter 1): it defines the reason,significance and purpose of studying Chengdu University life square.By determining the investigation object,explaining the investigation purpose and the research status at home and abroad,the investigation method,main content and framework are established.The second part is the analysis of problems(Chapter 2-Chapter 4): firstly,clarify the relevant concepts of university campus life square space and the guiding significance of relevant theories to the research of university life square;Secondly,taking Chengdu as the research scope,this paper uses the method of stratified sampling to randomly sample 10 representative university campuses,summarizes the spatial characteristics of each university life square,finds the appropriate university campus life square space through the data of on-site investigation,and makes a more in-depth study;Finally,according to the preliminary questionnaire survey,the preliminary appeal points of college life square users are obtained,and the SD factor is summarized.Combined with the data of on-site questionnaire survey,the evaluation and problem summary of college life squares are carried out,and the factor analysis method is used to obtain five factors affecting the spatial vitality of campus life square,namely activities,transportation,business format,space and beauty.The third part is to solve the problem(Chapter 5): according to the field research results and the five factors affecting the spatial vitality of university campus life square obtained above,combined with excellent cases at home and abroad,this paper puts forward the optimization principles for improving the spatial quality of university campus life square from five aspects: activities,transportation,business format,space and beauty,namely,the principle of participation in activities,the principle of smooth traffic,the principle of diversity of business formats High quality space principle and aesthetic principle.This paper analyzes the space of university campus life square in Chengdu,complements the relevant theoretical research of university campus life square to a certain extent,and puts forward a series of space optimization strategies of university campus life square,so as to provide reference for the design and optimization of university life square in the future.
