| With the continuous acceleration of urbanization and the development of subway trains,the subway has become the preferred means of transportation for Chinese people.A city’s subway system not only highlights the city’s degree of development,but also an important carrier of urban culture.As an important part of the subway,the subway guidance system carries important environmental information and is an information interaction bridge between the subway user end and the environment end.However,most domestic research on the subway guidance system focuses on providing more clear information instructions,and there is little research on the emotional and psychological experience of the subway guidance system.The psychological demands of the elderly are more likely to be ignored when they travel.The modern subway guide system should abandon the traditional fixed,passive and unitary design methods.In the design process,it should not only meet the functional needs of passengers,but also consider the emotional demands of the elderly to travel,and design a subway guide system that is convenient for the elderly to travel independently and adapt to the physiological and psychological characteristics of the elderly.The main work of this study is as follows:First of all,it studies the relevant theories of perceptual engineering,defines the concept of perceptual engineering,commonly used measurement methods,quantitative methods and image transfer methods,combs the concept,classification and user experience elements of the subway guide system,compares the guide systems of urban rail transit at home and abroad,and deeply analyzes the whole set of riding behaviors of users’ road finding and transfer,so as to provide a theoretical basis for the design of the subway guide system.Secondly,the psychological characteristics,physiological characteristics and riding behavior characteristics of the elderly are obtained through investigation.Through on-the-spot investigation,user interview,observation of riding behavior and other means,we can understand the psychological state and concerns of the elderly in the process of using the guidance system in the subway,so as to provide first-hand information for the aging design of the subway guidance system.Thirdly,the semantic vocabulary of the evaluation of the subway guidance system is determined.Through field research,user interviews,network research and other means,the vocabulary describing the elderly subway guidance system was collected.After card classification and expert evaluation,15 groups of perceptual vocabulary were selected.After a series of field experiments,eight groups of perceptual words were finally determined according to the obtained data: "difficult to understand easy to understand" "gray bright" "complex concise" "easy to forget easy to remember" "interrupted continuous" "unsafe safe" "ugly beautiful" "weak sense of orientation strong sense of orientation".Finally,summarize the design principles of the subway guidance system,combine the design strategies reflected by 8 groups of perceptual words,take Chengdu Provincial Hospital of traditional Chinese medicine as the design practice object,put forward specific design objectives,and complete the design of the guidance system and intelligent guidance equipment for Provincial Hospital of traditional Chinese medicine. |
