Lamps and lanterns is one of the most important parts in catering design.The dining space should provide a comfortable light environment for customers.The purpose of lamps and lanterns design is to make the customer have a comfortable repast environment,ought to hold the balance standard of person’s psychology and physiology,master the scale of person,space,smooth environment.Now catering space besides part of high-end restaurant,a lot of restaurants do not have enough attaches great importance to the design of lamps and lanterns influence on catering space,light dark,and no adornment feels most restaurant space environment,will not be able to meet customers taste demand,turnover also troubled by unscientific light environment.This is because the design of lamps and lanterns is ignored in most dining Spaces,leading to the design of lamps and lanterns in the whole dining space and the environment decoration are not matched.And catering space is not only a single light environment,aggravating the problems of easy radiation and glare.Therefore,this paper analyzes and studies the shape and light source of catering space lamps design.This article first to the light source,lighting quality,nature and classification of the modelling of lamps and lanterns of the influence of light source,etc.,analyzed the restaurant lighting design of lamps and lanterns of cognition,and under the guidance of lamps and lanterns of lighting design of different kinds of restaurants are analyzed;The concept and cognition of the linear elements of the dining room lamps are explained.Quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis based on perceptual engineering,analyzed the linear equidistant distribution,linear not equidistant distribution and the equidistant distribution curve,points out the control line is advancing relations and the gap of two factors,can build a proper restaurant environment;Finally,by applying the results of previous studies,the design project of restaurant lamps was carried out.The innovation of this paper is in the design theory,pointing out that the linear element is the important language of the dining room lamps and lanterns,and the lamps and lanterns modeling is the external expression of the comprehensive influence of the dining room atmosphere and light sources.In terms of design method,the design method of kansei engineering is applied to analyze the influence of linear elements of restaurant lamps on users’ psychological emotion.The semantic intention of different types and spacing of linear elements is explored,which provides reference value for designers of lamps and lanterns and interior designers.
