| With the improvement of living standards,air-conditioning equipment has been widely used in various living environments. In coastal areas with high humidity and high salinity, the fins of the air conditioner’s outdoor unit are easily corroded. After the fins are corroded, the air-conditioning system has low working efficiency and short service life, which brings a lot of inconvenience and economic losses to daily life. Therefore,it is of great significance to understand the corrosion behavior and mechanism of fins in the coastal atmospheric environment,to find out the influence of many factors on the corrosion of fins, and to inhibit the rapid corrosion of fins in coastal areas.Taking the environmental parameters of Hainan Province as a reference, this paper systematically analyzes the principle of rapid corrosion of the fins of air conditioners in coastal areas. The high-humidity and high-salt environment caused serious electrochemical corrosion of the fins.At the same time, there is erosion corrosion in coastal areas, which further aggravates the corrosion of fins.Based on the theory of electrochemical corrosion and erosion corrosion, the following researches are carried out in this paper:Through the salt spray test, the effects of the fin spacing, surface flatness and placement angle on the electrochemical corrosion strength of the fins were studied, and the anti-corrosion effect of reducing the surface humidity and salinity of the fins was explored. The results of the electrochemical corrosion test show that the electrochemical corrosion will be accelerated if the fin spacing is too small or the surface is uneven, and the corrosion change will not be obvious after the spacing is greater than 2.5mm;The fins are reduced by about 30%;the measures of spraying water mist and passing ozone-containing air are beneficial to inhibit the corrosion of the fins.By establishing an electrochemical corrosion simulation model, the change law of corrosion intensity with relative humidity and salinity, the galvanic corrosion phenomenon between the fin and the copper tube, and the anti-corrosion effect of adding an insulating layer were further explored. The electrochemical corrosion simulation research shows that the electrochemical corrosion strength increases with the increase of relative humidity and salinity in most working conditions, and only decreases when the relative humidity and salinity are extremely high. The conclusion is consistent;the copper tube-fin galvanic corrosion mainly occurs on the fin near the copper tube. With the increase of relative humidity and salinity, the corrosion reaction is distributed more and more uniformly on the fin.The anti-corrosion effect of the insulating layer is general.By establishing the scouring corrosion model of the fins of the external machine, the scouring corrosion of the fins is simulated, and the effects of wind speed, sand content, fin spacing, and air inlet direction on the scouring corrosion are further explored. The simulation results of erosion corrosion show that the erosion intensity of fins is positively correlated with air velocity and sand content;when the direction of the fins is parallel to the direction of air flow, the erosion points on the surface of the fins are relatively sparse;the effect of changing the fin spacing on erosion is Not significant;after changing the air inlet direction, the erosion intensity and distribution density of the erosion point increase sharply.According to the above research results, put forward the anti-corrosion opinions of putting into use the outdoor unit of the air conditioner to avoid the use of strong corrosive cleaning agents and installing anti-erosion baffles;reasonably increase the fin spacing, close the outdoor unit in the non-operation phase, and change the installation position of the outdoor unit, change the fin installation method and other design suggestions for anti-corrosion special air conditioners in coastal areas. |
