With the rapid advancement of urbanization, the development of rural areas is constantly challenged by external environmental changes, and the adaptability shown in rural development in ecologically sensitive areas is particularly evident.Due to geographical and environmental conditions, the spatial form and socio-economic relationships of rural areas in ecologically sensitive areas are different from other types of villages.Rural areas face dual pressures of ecological environment protection and socio-economic development. The rural economy in ecologically sensitive areas is constrained by ecological constraints, with insufficient industrial endogenous power and relatively lagging development.A large number of rural labor force has entered cities, causing problems such as material space decline, rural hollowing out,and unstable social structure in ecologically sensitive areas, resulting in rural decline, loss of rural style and culture, and further strengthening the instability of rural regional system development.Based on the above background, this thsis attempts to introduce resilience theory to study the resilience characteristics of ecologically sensitive rural areas and propose resilience improvement strategies. The thsis first reviews the development and evolution of the concept of resilience, the application of resilience theory in different disciplines, and the current status of resilience rural research.Through literature visualization,it reveals the development context and trends of resilience research. The thsis aims to quantitatively analyze and identify the resilience level of rural areas in ecologically sensitive areas. Therefore, based on the research review, starting from the resilience characteristics of rural areas in ecologically sensitive areas, the ecological and socio-economic dimensions are selected, and a combination of Analytic Hierarchy Process and Entropy Weight Method is used to construct an evaluation index system for rural resilience in ecologically sensitive areas, and to establish a segmented and classified resilience pattern of rural areas in ecologically sensitive areas,Develop an ecological resilience zoning based on natural resource background and a socio-economic resilience classification pattern based on rural development.Among them,in terms of ecological resilience evaluation,an attempt is made to construct a "state risk response" model and apply it to the ecological resilience evaluation index system, evaluating rural ecological resilience from three aspects:ecological state, ecological risk, and ecological response, forming a rural ecological background resilience evaluation as the basis for zoning. In the evaluation of socio-economic resilience, economic resilience is evaluated from two aspects: economic foundation and economic potential.Social resilience is evaluated from three aspects: social foundation, livelihood security, and social governance, forming the evaluation of rural socio-economic development resilience as the basis for classification. The resilience evaluation index system constructed in this thsis covers three systems: ecological, social, and economic, ensuring the comprehensiveness and scientificity of the indicators, which is conducive to guiding the protection and development of ecologically sensitive rural areas.Based on the construction of an indicator system,Liubu Town in the southern mountainous area of Jinan City is taken as the empirical analysis object. The resilience pattern of Liubu Town is constructed using the method of zoning classification, and the coupling coordination of regional ecological resilience and socio-economic resilience is calculated and studied.Analyze the advantages and disadvantages of enhancing rural resilience in ecologically sensitive areas, attempt to explore optimization methods for rural resilience in different ecological resilience zones and socio-economic resilience classifications, and provide targeted and reasonable suggestions for enhancing rural resilience. After research, this thsis constructs a resilience evaluation system for rural areas in ecologically sensitive areas, constructs a "state risk response" model in ecological resilience evaluation, and uses a zoning classification evaluation method to build a resilience pattern, which to some extent innovates theory. At the same time, this thsis introduces the theory of resilience into rural research in ecologically sensitive areas, expanding the research object and content of rural resilience, and enriching the theoretical system of rural resilience. The thsis aims to establish an indicator system for rural resilience level in ecologically sensitive areas, propose strategies for enhancing rural resilience in ecologically sensitive areas, and provide reference for the sustainable development of rural areas in ecologically sensitive areas.
