Evaluation And Improvement Strategy Of Spatial Resilience Of Old Residential Entrance Research

As the throat of the old residential area,the entrance space is the key node in the renewal of the residential area from point to point,and plays an important role in the community,such as personnel control,security guard,logistics distribution and other important functions.The continuous multi-frequency disaster interference in recent years has proved the importance of "guarding the mouth" to grid management in a special period.Firstly,this paper introduces the resilience theory into the renewal of the entrance space of old residential areas,and points out that the resilience theory can meet the needs of disaster prevention and management of the entrance space of old residential areas by virtue of its dynamic and flexible advantages.On this basis,three methods,including systematic literature research,field investigation and expert selection and evaluation,were adopted to select and determine the indicators affecting the spatial resilience of the entrance of old residential areas.The weights of each indicator were assigned by Delphi method and analytic hierarchy process,and an evaluation system of the spatial resilience of the entrance of old residential areas was established.Then,representative old residential entrance space in Nanjing was selected to verify the resilience evaluation system.Relevant data were obtained through field research,and fuzzy evaluation score was carried out based on this index,and the results of resilience evaluation were compared and analyzed.Before finally,based on the evaluation results,through the analysis of the related practice project,summarizes the function of the old residential entrance space toughness increase strategy,the space strategy and implementation strategy,trying to build two dimensions in space function and implementation,for the future development of old residential entrance space brings new thinking and inspiration.
