Reconstruction Design Of "Landscape-Village" Integrated Settlement In Yonghong Village,Shanwei City

This paper takes Yonghong Village,Shanwei City,Lingnan City,as the research object,starting from the features and features of rural settlements,adopts the methods of literature analysis,horizontal comparison and multidisciplinary integration,introduces the integration strategy of "landscape-village",explores the convergence point of rural tourism and rural settlements,promotes the integration of rural tourism into rural settlements,and transforms the countryside with the requirements of scenic spots.Then the construction of scenic spots will promote rural development,turn rural settlements into scenic spots,realize "rejuvenating tourism through agriculture and promoting agriculture through tourism",promote economic development and rural revitalization.By analyzing the development process of rural settlement transformation and "landscape-village" integration at home and abroad and combining with excellent rural settlement transformation cases,the characteristics of rural settlement style transformation design are summarized,and the coordinated development of rural settlements and tourist attractions is driven by clarifying development orientation,optimizing the spatial layout of rural settlements,creating rural settlement landscape style,improving infrastructure and industrial integration.It also puts forward some suggestions on the development of rural settlements.After several field surveys,SWOT analysis is carried out on landscape,culture and industry overview of Yonghong Village,and it is found that there are some problems in the settlement development,such as residents’ weak environmental awareness,imperfect rural industrial chain,poor settlement landscape environment,low utilization of natural resources,and insufficient historical and cultural protection.To solve these problems,the integration theory of "landscape-village" is taken as the guidance.Combined with the integration of "four-state" ecology,culture,business and form,this paper proposes new ideas for the development of rural settlement style and characteristic tourism,and draws the following four integrated design achievements:1.Ecological integration of landscape improvement of settlement water system,revetment transformation and utilization of natural scenery should be carried out based on "water veins".2.Carry out cultural inheritance activities with "context" folk culture,ancestral hall culture,architectural culture and red culture as the core,and integrate the culture and form of cultural exhibition halls.3.Focus on "green vein" green countryside,carry out pastoral sightseeing farmland experience,agricultural products selling hall and homestay,and realize the integration of the first,second and third industries.4.Focus on the utilization of "shape pulse" site resources,integrate cultural elements,improve infrastructure,and integrate the overall planning of rural settlement space.Combined with the actual case of Yonghong Village,a new path of rural tourism based on the integration of "four states" is proposed.Finally,the integration design of rural settlement style and characteristics is implemented into the settlement transformation of cognition,creativity,design and implementation,which plays a significant role in protecting rural ecological environment,inheriting settlement culture and improving residents’ living standards.At the same time,the integration strategy of "landscape-village" is also an effective way to promote the sustainable development of rural settlement reconstruction.It has a certain universality,hoping to provide some help for other rural settlements in Lingnan region.
