| The three-line construction is the military industrial construction movement carried out in the Midwest inland region under the specific historical environment in the 1960 s.However,under the background of the "military-to-civilian" policy implemented in the 1980 s and the adjustment of our industrial structure,some three-line construction projects went bankrupt or were relocated as a whole,and a large number of industrial relics left behind face the fate of being dismantled under the background of urban construction stock planning.A large proportion of these abandoned industrial remains have high historical significance and reuse value.How to endow new functions while protecting their historical value and promote the site’s integration into the city’s modern development has become the key and difficult point in the planning of today’s industrial remains lot.Therefore,this paper takes this practical problem as the entry point,tries to start from the "investigation-analysis" link in the early stage of planning and design,and makes a more extensive comprehensive analysis of the natural environment and various industrial elements of the industrial heritage site from the perspective of urban historical landscape,and details the methods to explore the landscape pattern of the site.It is expected to provide reference for the preliminary work of regional planning and design of industrial heritage sites with historical value and even more extensive types of lots.This paper selects Jiyuan 531 Project,the largest third-line construction base in Henan Province,as the research object.On the basis of site survey and literature review,from the perspective of urban historical landscape,the site selection,natural landscape elements,industrial landscape elements,cultural landscape elements and other aspects of the research object are systematically summarized.Arc GIS was used to measure the horizontal and vertical distance between factory area,living area,mountain,water system,village and farmland.Combined with landform and landform,satellite image and typology were used to analyze the morphological texture and landscape spatial pattern of plots with different properties,and it was concluded that the overall landscape spatial features of "mountain-water-factory-fieldvillage" were integrated.The reason of formation is caused by the unique topography,landscape conditions and mineral resources of Jiyuan City.In the past,the location principle of "backing mountains,dispersing,hiding" has instead formed the current "edge of the stream,forget the distance of the road.The "peach blossom Land" landscape space image of hundreds of steps on the bank of peach blossom forest suddenly makes this piece of industrial heritage become a different kind of "industrial peach blossom land";Finally,based on the above research and the municipal government’s future development orientation of industrial heritage site of 531 project and the development potential of this area,this paper attempts to put forward a planning exploration of Jiyuan 531 Project Headquarters area,planning it as a landscape garden health community with military industry as the theme and characteristics,and put forward a preliminary overall planning scheme and special landscape construction strategy.It can provide reference for the planning of other third-line industrial heritage sites in order to carry forward and inherit the spirit of third-line construction better. |
