Research On The Reconstruction Of Sustainable Urban Landscape Sites In China

There are two main reasons for the emergence of old urban landscape sites: First,with the progress of economic and social development,most cities in China are entering a development process that focuses on renewal and reuse.And its main content is a large number of remaining historical buildings and locations;the second is that the added value created by the traditional secondary industry—industrial production is no longer comparable to that of modern tourism,cultural and creative industries,modern technology industries,and modern catering.The economic value generated by the new economy of the tertiary industry with industries as the core is the same day,covering a large area,planning out of control and low actual output value and industrial added value.It is the traditional secondary industry that must make room for the development of the emerging tertiary industry.The most fundamental reason for resources.These two reasons merged with each other,and under the combined effect,the existence of the old urban landscape site was created.The theory of sustainable development has very rich connotations,but they are inseparable from the four major systems of society,economy,environment and resources.They are the guiding theory for the process of social development and will continue to be given new connotations by the continuous development of society.After being put forward,it has been widely recognized all over the world,which has triggered in-depth research and discussion by scholars.The sustainable development concept in the reconstruction of the old urban landscape requires that in the design process of the reconstruction of the old site,it is no longer just to demolition blindly,but to put the redevelopment and utilization of the existing urban resources in the first place,and adopt the rules that conform to the law of urban development.Organic means for construction can not only save manpower and material resources,and take the road of sustainable development,but also preserve the historical context and inherit regional culture through the rough extraction of old landscapes.This paper combs and summarizes the sustainable development thought and other related theoretical concepts,takes the sustainable development thought as the core,and puts forward the theoretical framework of urban landscapeReconstruction design under this thought.Take the example again-Guangzhou Zhongshan Qijiang Park landscape site reconstruction as an example,to explore and analyze the application of sustainable development ideas in the urban landscape site reconstruction.Practice is the source of knowledge.Combining theory and practice will be the future urban landscape.The renovation design of the old site provides a new direction.
