The global technology innovation has brought a good opportunity for our equipment manufacturing industry to develop,at the same time also brings many challenges.As an important part of the national development strategy,innovative design has been paid more and more attention,and enterprises are constantly seeking innovative development to obtain new core competitiveness.On the basis of scientific and technological innovation,collaborative innovation inspired by nature has become an important design strategy,which is helpful to improve the overall efficiency,optimize the structure and improve the appearance,and has a good gain effect.In order to improve the enterprise equipment products as the purpose,the use of bionic design principles and methods,for the stage control equipment products of Gansu University of Technology innovation design practice.According to the enterprise needs,the product elements are analyzed,the knowledge base is built through the way of knowledge acquisition,and the biological prototype with high matching value is obtained through the importance and similarity calculation to inspire the product innovation design.First of all,the existing problems of operation console and electrical control cabinet were collected through field investigation,the expectations and demands of structural engineers and marketing personnel were mined,and the product elements of operation console and electrical control cabinet were analyzed based on F-B-S-E constraint model and morphological analysis.Secondly,the patent search platform and literature search platform are used for keyword search based on enterprise needs to obtain existing solutions.Meanwhile,the biological effect solution strategy is obtained from the biological design strategy website to build a knowledge base.Then,the mapping relationship between the knowledge base and the product element base of the operation console was established by analogy method,and the biological prototype with high similarity between knowledge matching and product was obtained.The biological important features matched with product were obtained by importance calculation.According to the guidance of the above methods,the bionic design of the function structure was carried out for the cooling function of the stage operation console,and the thermodynamic simulation experiment was carried out with the simulation analysis strategy to verify the effectiveness of the structure.In view of the large volume and cumbersome opening and closing methods mentioned in the enterprise demand,the method of analogy is used to optimize the design of lightweight foldable structure.Finally,through the analysis of corporate brand culture,combined with corporate culture,corporate philosophy,competitive product analysis,the stage operation console and electrical control cabinet of the university of technology for brand innovation design.The series of products obtained have been significantly improved in terms of function and image,in line with the standards and concepts of the enterprise.The design process of this subject provides a reference for the innovative design of equipment manufacturing products.
