As a unique political advantage of our party,ideological and political work is becoming more and more important in the new era.In 2021,the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council issued the "Opinions on Strengthening and Improving Ideological and Political Work in the New Era",deeply analyzes the new situation faced by ideological and political work.It systematically expounds the guiding ideology,principles,key tasks,objectives and requirements,which has distinct political,ideological,targeted and operable.It is an important guideline for doing well the ideological and political work in the new era.In the new era,strengthening and improving the ideological and political work of state-owned enterprises is not only the responsibility of The Times,but also the proper meaning of the transformation and development of enterprises.Since the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the ideological and political reform of state-owned electric power enterprises has been continuously promoted and achieved certain results.First,adhering to Party building and leading ideological and political work has become a universal consensus;Second,generally pay attention to the establishment of long-term working mechanism of Ideological and political work;Third,the sense of ownership of employees has been significantly enhanced,and the consciousness of resisting decadent and backward ideas has been significantly improved;Fourth,the implementation effect of various educational activities is obvious.However,there are still some problems about uneven and unstable teams,unclear goals,imperfect systems,the lack of professionals and innovation and the lack of targeted content.Facing the future,we must clarify the new ideas of continuously strengthening and improving the ideological and political work of state-owned enterprises in the power system on the basis of exploring the causes of their existing problems: First,we must adhere to the guidance of Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era;Second,adhere to the party’s leadership and constantly improve the mechanism;Third,innovative ways and methods;Fourth,strengthen the construction of Ideological and political work team;Fifth,strengthen the pertinence of the content.In short,we must further develop new ideas of Ideological and political work in state-owned enterprises,improve the effectiveness of Ideological and political work in state-owned enterprises,and constantly create a new situation of Ideological and political work.
