Research On The Evalution And Mitigation Strategy Of Supply Chain Vulnerability Of W Company

In the era of economic globalization and complex and changeable market environment,supply chain stability plays an incomparable role in the survival of enterprises.As the modern supply chain involves many links and close links,any link failure will cause a huge impact on the whole supply chain system.Natural disasters,company adjustment and other internal and external factors make the supply chain more and more vulnerable,and the complexity,multilaterality and instability of the external environment of the supply chain may lead to the fracture of the supply chain at any time.In the uncertain environment of internal and external factors,the problem that needs to be solved for supply chain is how to help enterprises analyze and identify the vulnerability factors of supply chain;And the loss caused by vulnerability is controlled within the bearable range to ensure its safe and efficient operation in the enterprise.The current research on supply chain vulnerability mainly focuses on its driving factors,but there are few studies on the evaluation of supply chain vulnerability.Taking "W Company’s supply chain vulnerability" as the research object,this paper explores the nature of supply chain vulnerability on the basis of sorting out relevant researches at home and abroad.According to the internal and external vulnerability and whether the vulnerability is controllable as the framework,the specific vulnerability factors of each dimension are further identified.The vulnerability factors of W company were identified by integrated literature method,interview method and other methods.The vulnerability evaluation index system of W Company’s supply chain was constructed by means of comprehensive theoretical research,expert consultation and multiple empirical screening,including six first-level evaluation index factors,namely environmental vulnerability,cooperation vulnerability,production vulnerability,logistics vulnerability,market vulnerability and marketing vulnerability.A total of 24 secondary evaluation index factors.Secondly,the AHP method is used to determine the weight of each index factor,and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to evaluate each vulnerability index of W company’s supply chain.Finally,combined with the fuzzy evaluation results,the author puts forward the strategies to alleviate the supply chain vulnerability of W company,namely:accelerate the internal adjustment of the organization,improve the decision-making system;Accelerate the cooperation alliance,increase the density of enterprises;Optimize supplier evaluation content and coordinate supply management development;Implement early production containment to improve product quality;Establish an elastic supply chain and rationally match resources.The research results can provide reference for companies and similar enterprises to deal with supply chain vulnerability effectively.
