| Interaction and perception(interaction and perception),is the consumer’s intuitive feeling of product characteristics based on the five senses of touch,vision,hearing,smell and taste,and its evaluation purpose is to adapt to the consumer demand of specific market segments.With the rise of 5G and artificial intelligence technology,the current public consumption demand is gradually transforming from functional quality to experience,and cars are becoming intelligent mobile terminals just like electronic products.However,with the rapid change of market consumer demand and the drastic shortening of product life cycle,the traditional automotive interaction perception evaluation system can no longer truly reflect consumer demand,and a large number of automotive development projects have failed,which seriously affects business operation.The traditional automotive perception interaction evaluation is divided into subjective evaluation and objective evaluation.The subjective evaluation evaluates the attributes of the car through the intuitive feelings of the participants,but the evaluation indexes and scoring principles are different,and the results are too dependent on the subjective expressions and judgments of the evaluators,which cannot accurately collect the consumer perception data.The objective evaluation is combined with the assistance of computers and related professional equipment,which can capture and obtain data that are easily ignored and unnoticeable in the competent evaluation process,however,due to the complexity of data collection and processing,the evaluation indexes are often limited to a few single attribute areas,which cannot comprehensively and effectively evaluate the automotive products.Therefore,this paper proposes an interaction perception evaluation system based on the subjective and objective fusion of automobiles to improve the validity and accuracy of automotive interaction perception evaluation,to help automobile manufacturers more accurately grasp consumer needs,and to improve the quality and efficiency of product design.The main research contents are as follows:(1)Through the optimization and improvement of the subjective evaluation system,we create a subjective evaluation database of automotive interaction perception based on human vision,hearing,touch,smell and convenience of use;(2)Combine the subjective evaluation indexes,build a flexible objective data collection device,and obtain various physiological data such as EEG,ECG,dermatography,pressure sensing and bioelectricity through the flexible interaction perception experiment platform;(3)Through the optimization of the data,mining and extracting the objective index data associated with the evaluation results,then combined with the subjective evaluation criteria,to establish an objective database with the mapping relationship with the subjective evaluation data;(4)Combined with the subjective and objective data collected,using the consistent regression analysis method,to complete the consistency analysis of 5 secondary attributes and 12 tertiary attributes of the subjective and objective evaluation;(5)Finally,the research content of this paper is applied to the actual project of product development,and the primary and objective evaluation indexes are compared and analyzed according to the new method of product interaction perception evaluation,and the results show that in the 12 tertiary attributes,more than 90% of the evaluation results are close to each other,which confirms the feasibility of the primary and objective evaluation system proposed in this paper. |
