| After years of development in China,rail transit equipment field has made a large number of advanced technological and management innovation achievements.By refining the field characteristic innovation methods with the wisdom of a few experts,and applying them to the whole process of rail transit equipment innovation chain,can more effectively promote the improvement of independent innovation ability.However,there are great differences in the applicability of various innovative methods,which makes it difficult for enterprises to select appropriate methods for the specific application situation.Furthermore,due to the characteristics of multi technology integration of rail transit equipment,the problems encountered in the innovation process are complex,which needs to be solved by introducing different innovation methods in the innovation process.These two reasons have become the key factors affecting the promotion and application of innovative methods in rail transit equipment manufacturing enterprises.In view of the above problems,combined with the characteristic innovation methods in the field of rail transit equipment and the existing universal innovation methods,the optimization decision and integrated application of multi-innovation method are studied.Firstly,this paper defines the concepts of domain characteristic innovation methods and universal innovation methods.Taking R Corporation as the research object,by means of expert interview and data analysis,and analyzes the practical application situations of innovation methods in rail transit equipment manufacturing enterprises,so as to build a classification system of rail transit equipment innovation methods;Based on this,the applicability evaluation system for application situations of innovative methods is established.Combined with fuzzy analytic hierarchy process,entropy method and approximate ideal value ranking method,the multi innovation method optimization decision-making model is established,and the effectiveness of the model is verified by an application example;Then taking the optimization decision model as the underlying logic,a Multi-innovation method optimization knowledge system is developed,which provides enterprises with a platform for multi method optimization and integration;Finally,based on the Multi-innovation method optimization knowledge system,the integrated application model and implementation process of multi innovation methods for rail transit equipment are established,which provides an important reference for the optimization decision and integrated application of innovation methods in the process of enterprise innovation chain. |
