In recent years,urban rail transit has developed rapidly because of its fast and efficient,safe and comfortable,energy saving and environmental protection characteristics,but it is difficult to bear the operating expenses only by ticket income.At the same time,with the acceleration of urbanization process and the rapid increase of urban population,urban expansion planning also needs to transform from extensive growth to smart growth.The transfer of urban resources to the new urban areas also leads to some old urban facilities in the main urban areas.The main urban areas are gradually losing their vitality.Therefore,it is urgent to solve the problem of urban renewal in the main urban areas.The number of private cars is increasing year by year,which has led urban traffic and environmental problems such as road congestion and exhaust pollution become increasingly prominent.TOD(Transit-Oriented Development)mode can effectively solve the above traffic and urban Development problems by enhancing the intensive use of land,integrating public transport resources and improving the urban space environment.Therefore,TOD mode attracts more and more cities’ attention.Meanwhile,the development mode of "Rail + property" is used by TOD to reduce the operation loss of urban rail transit,and to realize the sustainable development of public transport.So TOD mode transformation of urban rail transit stations in the main urban areas is carried out to build good urban traffic complexes and complete urban renewals.How to select the optimal station from many stations for renovation has important research significance for saving renovation and construction investment,improving rail transit revenue and realizing good urban renewal.Firstly,the transformation goals of urban rail transit station under TOD mode are defined.An in-depth study of TOD mode is made from the aspects of TOD mode connotation,domestic and foreign differences,key design elements and applications.A comprehensive study of TOD mode,urban rail transit and stations is made to determine the types of TOD stations and the spatial range of station areas.Through the study of the current status of urban transportation development,the necessity of TOD renovation for urban rail transit stations is made clearly.From the macro level,micro level,economic level and social level,the renovation goals of urban rail transit station are put forward.The promotion value and mode of TOD mode are made clearly.Secondly,the main influencing factors in optimization decision-making of transit station under TOD mode are discussed.Through the analysis and research,the design principles of new station areas and the areas of renovation station under TOD mode are defined.Through the integration of scholars on the TOD mode of land planning,urban rail transit development,station development and other factors,the main factors affecting the optimization decision of the renovation station under the TOD mode are studied from the qualitative and quantitative point of view.Then,the index system of optimization decision of renovation station under TOD mode is constructed,and the combination weight method is optimized.Starting from the establishment principle of decision-making index for optimization of renovation station,the target decomposition method is determined as the method to establish the index system.Combined with the overall objectives and influencing factors of decision-making,a decision-making index system for optimization of renovation stations under TOD mode is established from five criteria of traffic attribute,land attribute,service level,economic benefit and social perception.The combination weight method is optimized based on the theory of Converse breakpoint.Finally,the combination optimization decision model based on VIKOR is established.By studying and comparing the advantages and disadvantages of different decision-making models,a comprehensive mathematical method of combinatorial optimization is constructed with different evaluation methods.TOPSIS and GRA models are introduced to optimize the defects of VIKOR model.The combination optimization decision model based on VIKOR is established to improve the rationality of decision.Chengdu Metro Line 4 is taken as an example to verify the reliability and scientificity of the model.
