| Traditional broadcasting is challenged by emerging media in the Internet era,and its living space is shrinking day by day.The deep integration of traditional broadcasting and new media and the transformation of mobile terminal have become an indisputable trend.However,there are still many problems in terms of fusion mode,transformation path and product creation.Due to the evolution of media,the relationship between traditional broadcasting and audience has changed quietly.Therefore,it is of great significance to treat users and broadcasting products from an innovative perspective,and to explore the new needs of users for making a satisfactory design for the survival and development of traditional broadcasting and the improvement of user experience.Taking Tencent Travel service FM,a small program of traditional radio station,as an example,this study systematically designs and optimizes the product with the help of scenario theory and scenario interaction design.Firstly,it studies the transformation of traditional broadcasting and the theory of scenario and scenario interaction,and puts forward the design method and process of the FM according to the guidance of theory.Then,according to the process,the market research,competitive product analysis,user research,scenario story analysis,prototype design,usability test and optimization of broadcast products are implemented in the design sequence of objective scenario,target scenario and test scenario.Finally,the optimized product function and interface design of the FM are produced,which meets the development trend of traditional radio and the new needs of users in today’s era.It enriches the research and practice of scenario theory in the design field,and inspires designers to think about problems from the perspective of scenario interaction,and also provides case reference and method guidance for enterprises and radio stations to transform products. |
