With the continuous development of science and technology,enterprises pay more and more attention to the use of people.As an important resource of an enterprise,the rational development and utilization of human resources can provide continuous development power for the enterprise,thus providing guarantee for the development and operation of the enterprise and support for the realization of the strategic goals of the enterprise.However,there are certain difficulties in recruitment and retention of human resources,especially for technical staffs in small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises,the recruitment effect is not satisfactory.In recent years,the number of such enterprises is increasing rapidly,and the demand for technical staffs is increasing,so it is more urgent to improve the level of recruitment management.Optimizing the recruitment system is one of the important ways to improve the level of recruitment management.This paper studies the optimization of the recruitment system for technical staffs in small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises.First of all,introduce the background and significance of the research,research status at home and abroad,describe research methods and content.Secondly,analyze the current situation of the recruitment of technical staffs in small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises on the basis of the elaboration of relevant theories.Thirdly,study the technical staff recruitment system for small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises,using the method of questionnaire and expert interview to set small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprise technical staff recruitment system and recruitment system indexes,and using the AHP & fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to select the 22 indexes of importance;Under the guidance of the sorted index system,the current situation of the recruitment system of technical staffs in small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises is studied by means of investigation and interview.Fourthly,expounds the implementation and guarantee mechanism construction of the recruitment optimization strategy for technical staffs in small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises;Fifthly,take H Company as an example to optimize the recruitment system of technical staffs in small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises;Finally,summarizes the full text,and carries on the summary and prospect to the research of this paper.
