The introduction of human resources is the core link to improve the competitiveness of enterprises.The success of personnel recruitment will affect the innovation ability and the sustainability of development.The research object of this article is the small and medium-sized enterprises established in the People's Republic of China according to law.Such enterprises are small in scale and include the current medium,small and micro enterprises.These enterprises are usually funded by one or several people,and their employment and activities are very small.Therefore,in most cases,they are directly managed by employers,and they often do not pay enough attention to recruitment theory and practical innovation.They play a very important role in job creation,economic growth,technological innovation and social stability,and they play an important strategic role in national economic and social development.In third-tier cities,SMEs often encounter many problems when recruiting employees,such as information asymmetry,poor staff quality,and high turnover rate.These are the bottlenecks that cannot be surpassed in the development of enterprises.In the development of small and medium-sized enterprises,facing the objective situation of personnel turnover,how to do a good job in recruiting and improve the company's efficiency is a problem faced by each enterprise.To adapt to the changes of the times and change the attitudes and working methods of entrepreneurs,the company's recruitment model and related management methods must adapt to the changes of the times,one by one to break the rigidity of the traditional model,and the solidification of the thinking of the traditional model,through innovation and adjustment to continuously improve flexibility Sex and efficiency to improve economic efficiency.Based on the recruitment theory in the context of informationization,this article proposes countermeasures and suggestions for the many problems in the current recruitment model for SMEs in third-tier cities,improves the deficiencies of the current recruitment model,and finds the most suitable for the enterprise itself in the constantly changing information environment Recruitment model.With the further popularization of 5G and the rapid development of informatization and intelligence,enterprises obtain necessary human resources in various ways and expand recruitment channels.This article takes the recruitment work of S Company as a research sample.S Company is a microcosm of SMEs in third-tier cities.Through research on the original recruitment model and optimized recruitment model of S Company,comparing relevant data,continuously optimizing recruitment procedures,perfecting enterprise recruitment theory,and finding suitable job search methods in the context of the new era,so as to draw reference from similar companies.Realize benefits.This has high theoretical and practical significance for the efficient development of the recruitment of third-tier SMEs.
