With the proposal and practice of strategies and policies such as "intelligent manufacturing" and "digital transformation",more and more enterprises have realized the role of business process management in the new wave of enterprise reform,and began to explore the path of process management suitable for their own.Since the end of 2014,Bosch Group has initiated a series of improvement activities for business process management from top to bottom globally.In the past,it focused more on process standardization.On the basis previous experience,the goal of this time clearly puts forward to realize cost reduction and efficiency increase via process automation,digitization,and intelligent solution.And the specific realization approach still falls on the solutions composed of automation and information technology related technologies,products,and solutions.This paper will take the business process management improvement of Bosch Automotive product(Changsha)Co.,Ltd.as the research object.And the following problems are pop-up in the current business process management through questionnaire survey,interview and workshop discussion mode: The existing business process management is more focused on the single work flows and limited to functional areas,the implementation of business process management lack of monitoring,information system islands emerge in endlessly.The reasons are as follows: lack of complete end-to-end process management system,lack of modeling and management from the life cycle of business process management(creation,implementation,update),and missing clear IT landscape per business capability.In view of the existing problems,starting from the basic work of business process management,all the processes are refreshed and re-structured,and create a completed,end-to-end,full information system supported business process map.At the same time,the output of the process "data" are been nested in the process management,determined that in the end-to-end process management,workflow,data flow and IT system are not isolated.Use data to union the process and information system.Through a series of business process management improvement measures,Bosch Automotive product(Changsha)Co.,Ltd.opened a new chapter of business process management,provide a solid foundation for enterprise data governance and digital transformation.
