The Reaserch On Blade Process Digitalization Based On Product Data Management (PDM)

In today’s information age, information technology is an important measure forenterprises to effectively capture the market. Around the product life cycle, realizing theinternal and external information integration and process integration, is the inevitable trend ofthe development of enterprises. The process is the result from kinds of enterprise resourceinformation and as a information convergence node. States the necessity and actuality of theresearch.Secondly, in order to solve the reality problems, analyses the process design process tomanage the process design process and document. Consider the product in the enterprise as aproject, in accordance with the idea of the project management to decompose the project intotasks, meanwhile decompose the business process according to “Top-To-Down”rule.
