| Anti-epidemic service robots play an important role in China’s epidemic prevention and control in 2020.With the normalization of epidemic prevention and control,more anti-epidemic service robots in daily service scenarios have begun to appear.Yuelu Mountain National University Science and Technology City,as a major platform for the strategy of "Innovation Leading,Open Rise" in Hunan Province,cooperates with Hunan University Robotics Institute to carry out product design and development in the field of "mobile" and "sensing monitoring" robots,laying the foundation for the subsequent series of design and technical research.Under the leadership of the project team mentor,a "Hause" patrol robot pre-research project team was established,including personnel from different disciplines and professional technical backgrounds,including the project team’s school leaders,project finance department,one design director,one system architecture engineer,one mechanical design engineer,one robot SLAM motion algorithm engineer,one UI designer,one software engineer,one project product manager and product designer,one structural designer,and some factory hand-printing masters.Among them,the author also serves as the project product manager and product designer,responsible for the scheme design,the communication and the project.The purpose of the project design and development is to summarize the innovation points of the product in positioning,function and form through the analysis of the epidemic society and the entire epidemic prevention service robot industry.And then designing and developing a B-end robot prototype with the antibacterial aluminum alloy and the functions of mobile navigation and health monitoring,to realize the comprehensive positioning of "epidemic prevention" and "patrol" robots,which is ultimately mainly used for corporate exhibitions.The main content of the project is to conduct market analysis on the positioning,function and form of epidemic prevention service robots in mainstream market scenarios,and obtain product inheritance points.Based on this,conducting research on target scenarios and users,and obtaining product problems and design keywords.And then,we propose product design opportunities.Product design opportunities include pyramid split solution,aluminum alloy antibacterial coating CMF concept,concealed sensor design,top storage design,unique holding design,and replaceable HEPA filter structure design.At present,the design of the holding has obtained a utility model patent.In the medium term,the author deduces the form and style of the product through visually analyzing the style of the keyword based on the design keywords,"technology" and "security",and the user scene style.The whole derivation process includes four rounds of modeling stage derivation and three rounds of product effect adjustment.With these steps’ help,the visual aesthetics and functional innovation of the product design scheme are reasonably maintained.After the mobile version prototype was assembled,the team carried out on-site testing and usability iteration accordingly.Finally,the 1.0 mobile version prototype passed the acceptance report.The physical prototype has been included in the property project of Hunan University Robotics Institute.The corresponding video link of the actual shooting is here: https://pinwall.cn/project/42039.The 2.0 version based on the existing version is also in the preparatory process. |
