With the vigorous development of education in our country,quality education has gradually replaced traditional exam-oriented education.Schools pay more attention to cultivating students’ psychological quality and personality development.Creating a comfortable and pleasant learning environment for children is the primary prerequisite for respecting their personality development.However,with the acceleration of urbanization,many traditional primary school campus environments can no longer meet the physical and mental needs of modern primary school students,and they generally have problems such as disordered colors and lack of aesthetic appeal;on the other hand,due to the lack of research on color psychology,various functions The lack of attention to color in the department has led to the problem that the use of color in some primary schools does not conform to the laws of aesthetics.In this context,it is of great practical significance to study the architectural and environmental color design of primary school campuses.The thesis mainly divides the primary school building and environment color into four parts for research,namely building appearance,building interior,natural environment and outdoor activity place.Taking Meishan area as the research scope,primary school as the research target,and 13 primary schools in Meishan area as research samples,this paper summarizes the main problems and causes of the architectural and environmental colors of primary schools in Meishan area.Combined with the research results of color psychology and basic theory of color science,an in-depth study on the architectural and environmental colors of primary schools in Meishan area was carried out.The full text is divided into five chapters,the general contents are summarized as follows:The first chapter is the introduction,which expounds the research background,research purpose and significance,research content and method,and domestic and foreign research trends of primary school architectural environment color,emphasizing the necessity and urgency of primary school campus color research;The second chapter defines and analyzes the relevant concepts and basic theories,and at the same time summarizes the regional color of Meishan from two aspects of natural environment and human environment;The third chapter takes 13 primary schools in Meishan area as the research object to investigate the color of architecture and environment,and collects the color preference of primary school students by means of questionnaires and interviews.Combined with the data results obtained from the primary school survey in Meishan area,it makes a specific analysis,and points out the color status of primary schools in Meishan area;The fourth chapter is the methodological research,which analyzes from various angles of color,puts forward the design strategy of the primary school campus buildings and environment in Meishan area,and summarizes the guidelines for the color matching between the primary school buildings and the environment in Meishan area.The fifth chapter is theoretical verification,combined with the practical projects of Xianxi Town’s Wanxiao architecture and environmental color design,from theory to practice to verify the operability of primary school architecture and environmental color design methods in Meishan area.The purpose of this paper is to combine the existing color design theories and methods with the current development status of primary schools in Meishan area,and summarize the design strategies and design guidelines for the architectural environment color of primary schools in Meishan area.The local campus architectural environment color design practice provides corresponding theoretical support,and provides reference and reference for other similar projects in Meishan area.
