Research On Design Strategy Of Beijing Community Health Service Center Based On Modular System

With the continuous implementation of China’s graded diagnosis and treatment policy and the combination of medical care policy,community health service center as the main carrier,its construction has been highly valued and developed.In addition,with the aging of China’s population and the improvement of average life expectancy,the demand for diagnosis and treatment of community health service centers will further increase.The existing construction standards of community health service centers are relatively backward and lack of detailed research on plane size and combination mode.At the same time,in recent years,the rapid development of building industrialization and green building,modular design method research is increasing.It has a good practical significance to apply this method to community health service center.With the help of modular design to establish standardized functional module units,its flexible stitching and flexible design can achieve effective control of the overall scale of the hospital,meet the actual needs of small-scale medical buildings,improve the medical performance of the center,and achieve the rapid and sustainable development of basic medical buildings.The author sorted out the research status at home and abroad through the collation and study of relevant materials.This paper analyzes the status quo of some community health service centers in Beijing and summarizes the problems found in the survey.Based on the modular system theory,the modular library of community health center(station)function was established,and the layout and integration of the whole module were further carried out according to the reasonable layout principle,and finally a complete modular design strategy and method of community health service center(station)was formed.On the basis of discussing the adaptability of modular community health service center,the modular design method of community health service center is verified by engineering practice case.The structure of the thesis is divided into six chapters.The first chapter states the research background,research object,related basic concepts,research purpose,research significance and research methods.In chapter two,the author selected 10 community health service centers in Beijing as the research object,carried out on-site survey,mapping and interview,and summarized the common problems existing in the actual use.The third chapter establishes the grading system of modular community health service center,formulates the core module,studies the behavior and layout mode of each functional unit from the perspective of ergonomics,and then numbers the component-level modules and constructs the module library.The fourth chapter summarizes the functional layout and streamline relationship of community health service center,and studies the combination mode of unit modules.Based on this,the modular design method of different scale modular community health service center is discussed.Chapter five discusses the adaptive strategies of modular community health service center and puts forward three adaptive strategies.The sixth chapter analyzes the actual case of community health service center and designs the modular scheme according to the research results.Through the above study of community health service center function provides reference plane standardized design,hope to simplify the design process of community health service centers,community health service centers provide a certain amount of new type of design basis and methods,to better meet the needs of a new era of health social life,and further optimize the construction and development of community health service center in Beijing.
