Due to the characteristics of large capacity,good safety and high transportation efficiency,expressway has played an important role in the economic and social development of China.Together with the increase of service time,the pavement performance of expressway gradually decreases.Reasonable and scientific maintenance of pavement performance is a necessary work to ensure the normal use of expressway.Daily maintenance is a kind of maintenance for repairing the minor damage of pavement that has enough functional and structural performance,to improve the service performance and prolong the service life of the pavement.The daily maintenance is a large work,and the standardization of daily maintenance work is poor.The efficiency of daily maintenance is affected by many factors,such as maintenance time,location,operators,maintenance objects and so on.At the same time,the daily maintenance work covers a wide range,there are many maintenance projects,and the maintenance frequency of different maintenance projects varies greatly,which brings many problems to the preparation of daily maintenance budget quota.How to determine the representative consumption quota of labor,machine and material scientifically and reasonably is the key technologies in the daily maintenance and management of expressway in China.In view of the above problems,this thesis studies the key technologies of the preparation of daily maintenance budget quota of expressway in Beijing.The main work is as follows:Firstly,the thesis investigates and analyzes the preparation method of daily maintenance budget quota of roads at home and abroad,understands the quota preparation methods and data collection methods,and collects the quota of Beijing and other provinces and cities to provide technical support for the research of this project.Secondly,the basic data questionnaire of expressway daily maintenance is designed to collect the measured real data of expressway daily maintenance.Total 123 daily maintenance works are included,and 10916 questionnaires are collected.in which528 questionnaires do not meet the requirements,and the remained 10388 are used for this research and quota preparation.Third,the analyzation of daily maintenance data of expressway.The research shows that the daily maintenance projects have great imbalance.The survey data of some projects are zero,that is,such maintenance work has not been carried out during the survey period,while the dates of some projects are more than 1000.At the same time,there are great differences in the consumption quota of labor,materials,and machines in the same maintenance project,up to more than 5 times.The data show that the daily maintenance of expressway has great fluctuation,which is affected by many factors such as maintenance unit,maintenance section,maintenance time and so on.Some projects are difficult to obtain effective data within a certain period.These problems are the key technical problems to be solved in the preparation of daily maintenance budget quota.Fourth,this thesis uses entropy weight TOPSIS method to establish the quantitative evaluation system of maintenance quota level.Taking the labor,material and machine quota as the evaluation index,the weight of each index is determined by entropy weight method,and then the maintenance quota level of each category is sorted by TOPSIS method.Finally,the level of maintenance quota level of each category is determined according to the “social average level”.The entropy weight TOPSIS method is used to judge and evaluate the maintenance quota level of different categories,and the uncertainty of quota preparation caused by the huge consumption difference of labor,material and machine in the same maintenance project is solved.Finally,in view of the lack of measured real data of some maintenance projects,referring to the expressway daily maintenance quota data compiled at different times in Henan,Anhui,Hubei,Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region,Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region and Beijing,and taking four indicators such as artificial skills,natural conditions,traffic conditions and quota issuing year as influencing factors,a daily maintenance quota calculation model based on grey fuzzy theory is constructed.Using this method,the quota of daily maintenance projects that cannot obtain the measured real data can be obtained.The comparative analysis shows that the quota obtained by this method is reasonable.This thesis comprehensively studied and practiced the data collection and analysis methods of daily maintenance budget quota preparation,and studied the key technologies of quota preparation under the condition of large fluctuation of labor,material and machine consumption and lack of measured real data.This research can provide good reference and guidance for relevant works. |
